The browser security in the endpoint is good!!!

In the browser security, the URL is not restricted to the private tab!!!

What do you like best about the product?
All-in-one tool which allows you to fully-manage your computers, and keep them up-to-date avoiding security breaches which could be used by malicious actors. See at a glance how secure your systems are.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some tasks the GUI could not being as much friendly as it should, and it has a little learning curve, but I think that's normal. Although the cost per computer is not very expensive, the price could be a problem in an environment with a lot of computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Manage Engine we can solve easily all the vulnerabilities our computers have, and we can be informed when some of them are not compliant with the latest OS and third party software updates.

What do you like best about the product?
endpoint management, remote support, remote desktop, remote install and patch management.
implementation and install was easy.
I didn't receive training but found it really easy to use.
plenty if option for integrating with other systems and integration with ManageEngine helpdesk was pretty easy.
I use it daily to help with plenty of tasks and supporting users
What do you dislike about the product?
agent installation is a pain and I had to do it manually to avoid credential errors which were plenty. Customer support were helpful but I had an issue that ended up in me reinstalling my instance.
The Agent can be a bit heavy on the startup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management, Endpoint inventory along with software and hardware, remote support

We can centrally Manage Endpoints and Deploy Patches for all invetoried endpoints.

Sometime get Agent-Server communication issues

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be on the higher side for smaller organizations, especially when considering advanced features and scalability. The licensing model can also be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem Solved: Managing multiple devices across a network can be time-consuming and inefficient, especially when systems are spread across various locations or platforms.
Benefit: Endpoint Central provides a centralized platform for managing all endpoints—desktops, laptops, and mobile devices—remotely. This greatly reduces the need for manual intervention and simplifies device management, saving time and improving efficiency.
Problem Solved: Keeping all systems up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates is a constant challenge. Missed patches can expose devices to security vulnerabilities.
Benefit: Endpoint Central automates the patch management process, ensuring that devices are consistently up-to-date with minimal effort from IT staff. This boosts security by reducing the risk of unpatched vulnerabilities and improves compliance with industry standards.

What do you like best about the product?
Have an entire suite to monitor my company's devices in a centralized solution. We mainly use it to control assets and deploy security and software updates remotely. We are satisfied with it
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment we have no negative points that we want to mention
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the licenses for the products purchased in bulk and we have to distribute them throughout all the company's headquarters. From my workplace I can deploy software to North American computers.

What do you like best about the product?
So many things wrapped into one peice of software. Remote Access, Asset Tracking, Geo-Location, Updates, Monitoring, every detail about the machine itself. Customer support is also amazing. Very quick to respond to chat. Agent is extrememly easy to install.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could use some updating. While it is good, it could use a refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of so many devices at once. They are all in one place. All accessible and all readable.
