Great one stop for end device support and management
What do you like best about the product?
After the initial overhead of onboarding devices, Endpoint central has become the one stop tool for endpoint and end user desktop support.
Hybrid working proves challenging for end user support as well as device compliance management, since adopting Endpoint the time taken to resolve end users problems has been significantly reduced without compromising security. Patch management and vulnerability patching, Endpoint Central has moved the business to a place where devices are no longer required to connect to either the office network or the VPN to receive essential updates and other patches that are required for Cyber Essentials and other industry IT requirements.
Value added features are still being investigated as we are not yet using the full suite of tools available within our subscription, that being said, one place we have seen significant value benefit is using the image deployment allowing one “standard” image across all our geographic sites.

Initial setup of the product is quite lenghty but worth the investment

Its easy to use with providing a flexibility to deploy patch and managing devices

Some function like remote computer requirement might not explicit enough to provide information to iser setting up the remote function

It just speeding up my working experience with all round solution and preset for setting up the policy
ManageEngine: A User's Take on Ease of Use and Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The experience with ManageEngine has been a breeze. The representatives are so attentive and nothing seems to be too much for them to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
With such a good user experience there is nothing I can say that I currently dislike.

Remote support is easy, connect to any device, recorded sessions, chat and file transfer ability. - Perfect

Simple to use with complex capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature of Endpoint Central is the software package library that is kept up to date by Manage Engine which saves me from manually creating every package and hunting online for silent parameters and install commands.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favourite feature is that the OS deployment does not currently allow me to use the Manage Engine software package templates when creating a deployment task however I understand this feature is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While we are new to ManageEngine, we are seeing the most visible benefit with the software deployment with automated updates which saves a lot of time as we do not need to create new packages and figure out supersedence rules for every deployment.

We're still in the early stages of using ManageEngine but so far its working well and performing as expected for patch management & software deployment.

No link to software between the OS deployment & the software deployment pages.

Patch Management & Software Deployment is now easier and quicker across a large estate of endpoints.

Simplifies the patch management process and makes it easy to see all devices on one platform. MACs, Linux and windows.
Endpoint Central the one pane of glass for management.

Endpoint Central has allowed us to have that one pane of glass to see status and manage out endpoints. Features and continually enriched and added. Support is always available and provides timely solutions. A great solution for a complex platform management.

Sometimes licensing is difficult to understand.

It’s a very useful tool for keeping all my endpoints up to date, troubleshooting issues, and accessing system tools for bespoke maintenance—all without interfering with the user’s workflow. It also offers a strong catalog of applications, making software deployment and management more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Uninstalling applications that were not added through the Endpoint Central catalog cannot be done using the direct uninstall button. However, this can be achieved using configuration scripts.
