Conga Review
What do you like best about the product?
after a few generated documents it makes you log out and reboot

i still like it it just takes away from the time i need to send a document
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga is generating documents such as contracts and sales proposals for potential clients from accounting firms to CPA's
Recommendations to others considering the product:
none at this time

Easy implementation, using the software is easy and requires minimum training, good product adoption
What do you dislike about the product?
A little expensive compared to other tools

Can't Live Without It!
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Document Generation (Composer) is INCREDIBLY flexible, which makes it so powerful. It does a fantastic job creating picture-perfect, error-free documents right out of Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a little bit of a learning curve initially, but once you grasp it, the benefits are tremendous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Document Generation has helped me solve Contracts, Quotes, Proposals, Order Forms, etc. Suppose there's a document that you're manually, painfully populating with Salesforce Data, STOP. Start using Conga Document Generation to reduce errors and automate your docs.
Matured product, meets 90% of the needs in the space in terms of features:
What do you like best about the product?
The document generation is always had to account for the meticulous details of working with various formats, environments, and platforms along with third-party software like Office. Conga/ Apttus had worked through the nuances and kinks that will only be discovered through the customer struggles while establishing a perfect cadence to mitigate risks and keep the product running all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product documentation is limited. Solving the nuances is possible but not obvious. These nuances let the development teams spend a lot of time on discovery and need dev support to solve in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document generation has many applications when the application data needs to be sent externally in a document format. May it be health care, sales, marketing, or CPQ, this is a widespread use case for many enterprises. I used it to solve quoting in my previous job. Now, I use it to solve patient, HCP communications.
Conga Docs at its best
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Docs gets its advantage with its best integration with Salesforce and many of its Salesforce product like conga clm, cpq, sign.. Etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much for now, I'm totally enjoying it's well integrated nature with contracts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts generation, proposals,
Quote s.. Etc
Quote s.. Etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using other conga products, it's a blind go
Succinct, fast, with robust automation capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the templates generated can be so robust and in-depth. I would say that the best features of CongaSign are the level of automation that I have for customization, as well as for creating actionable events such as "self-destructing documents."
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes configuration can require some fine-tuning. The UI can be a bit clunky to understand at first, but once you understand the UI, it is no longer confusing and transferrable between different parts of Conga. Conga could be more friendly for an average user but is comfortable for more advanced computer users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that we are handling are digital signatures, contract templates, and workflow automation. Basically, anything to get a contract to a prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a document creation tool that is more robust than DocuSign, and allows for automation of tedious business practices such as making contracts that will be similar frequently, consider using Conga. I would say that Conga would be more appropriate for medium-large businesses because of the amount of setup that it requires. You would want to have a dedicated administrator for this piece of software, or at least for the junction of Salesforce and Conga.
Pretty good - not always automated correctly.
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to have the automation in place for invoicing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data isn't always accurate, so sometimes I have to do the process manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoice automation. Love being able to not have to always do it manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great as long as your data is great.
Using Conga with CPQ
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fairly intuitive interface, and once I preview the document, I love the fact that I can send my client the DocuSign instantly with no additional steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike per se. The only thing that comes to mind is I've heard from other colleagues that their documents sometimes do not send, but I have not experienced that personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not solving any problems with Conga, but the benefits are it takes away 1 step in my contract process where instead of downloading the file, then opening up my DocuSign to send, I can do this directly from SFDC. Saving a step is a win in my book!
Best product to create and send contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how seamlessly the tool interacts with Salesforce and also how the automatic renewal takes place with no chance of missed opportunities because of 1-year funnel visibility specifically in a sales vertical like us. It has also helped to streamline the quoting process for complex products because it allows a large volume of products and pricing rules. It definitely has saved a lot of time and streamlined the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can really think of. Giving them a score of 9 to just see what new technology or advancement they can come up with in the coming years. Really can't think of anything that i dislike so we are all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving a lot of time to quote and draft contracts
Automatic renewal

Streamlining the entire quote process and help delivering the contracts accurate and faster to the clients
