I don't have personal opinions or dislikes, but I can share some potential drawbacks or challenges that users have reported with Conga Composer.

Automate documents generation we can even send emails automatically.

Sometimes when we have comolex data scheme might be a tricky to deal with it.

Documents automation
Overall, a great component that can generate various forms in just a few seconds.

Creating order forms or order processing forms is made easy, utilizing data already entered into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the server experiences downtime, preventing our representatives from creating forms. Additionally, it seems that this feature is not supported within the Salesforce mobile app.

Conga Composer solves the problem of creating business-required forms efficiently by capturing data already entered in Salesforce and generating them in seconds.

sometimes server is being down during our application peak time

The main thing conga composer solving in our project is creating hundreds of documents manually on daily basis

We use alot of templates in Word, PPT, PDF, which are now being generated automatically using Conga in Salesforce. Our Admins save anywhere from 2-10 minutes per form generatation.

Limitations on formatting when trying to export OCR and OAR information.

Manual input to our forms of information stored in salesforce and now be automated.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to save countless hours on menial tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glaring issues on the platform such as an outage of the merge image functionality on Powerpoint generation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially used it to generate proposals for clients, however, we are slowly phasing this out as we attempted to create a simple Powerpoint with a merged image, and Conga Composer was not able to... the support team intimated there is an outage and working to resolve it, yet it has been months and there is still no solution.

Before I started the confirguration steps were difficult for me at first time.

It saves me time on sending documents rather than spending time on other platforms to send these documents.

They have some great templates in Conga Composer that I can use.

there are some delays with the APIs which makes the user responses slower sometimes

Reporting on various has been an issue and Conga can quickly generate custom reports for me.

What do you like best about the product?
When I didn't know about Conga Composer, I had to create complex solutions using programming languages. Now, I am able to create templates in a few hours and build complex solutions within a few clicks.
Composer is better if you have programming knowledge.
The Customer Support is excellent. I have reached out to them many times and I always get a quick a accurate response.

As a developer perspective, Conga Composer does not provide support for some Excel formulas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team is able to create the Word and Excel templates they want in a few clicks.
You get what you pay for
What do you like best about the product?
Rock-solid reliability and consistently without glitches
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a good deal of time to populate the 8 agreements in our signing session, and the cost has us going elsewhere. We will keep it active as we ramp up a competitor with less features but significantly less costly. Unfortunately. I love Conga, but the quality comes at too steep of a cost for our use case.

It's not really solving anything per se, but we use it for repetitive contract generation
