it ensure our documents are error free and formated correctly every time overall it is a powerful tool that simplifies document generation, it enhances efficiency and helps with business growth.

Save Time and Enhance the Document Generation Process using Conga Composer
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer is one of the best products I've used for generating and managing documents. It saves us a lot of time with its fast processing and automatically sends emails to clients once the document is generated. Its data accuracy is excellent, reducing the need for document reviews in most cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is its integration capabilities. We're trying to use Composer APIs, but setting them up and utilizing them is challenging. Plus, there isn’t much documentation available, so we often have to rely on Conga Support for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us avoid sending documents for internal reviews before sending them to clients because Conga Composer provides excellent accuracy. Template creation is simple, and users can easily create and use templates. This makes it easy for our organization to manage and maintain them.

User Friendly and Highly Efficient

It makes document automation simple and efficient. It's user interface and integration with salesforce allows us to generate contracts seamlessly.

Downtime and composer unavailability cause a lot of issues.

It has resolved inconsistent and error prone data issues which provided faster contract lifecycle completion.
Great tool for document generation and automation
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer is a UI friendly tool for generating document. The best thing I believe is the possibility it provides through different parameters. We have parameters for all the use cases be it background generation or format selection. Documentation and customer support is great as well. Its documentation is very easy to read and understand and hence while implementing it we don't face difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga Composer template creation process is a bit unique and complex initially.
Sometime I have faced minor difficulties in integrating E-Sign software but support team always helps me out.

In our team, we rely on Conga to generate documents with dynamic content directly from Salesforce. Before using it, creating these documents was a tedious, manual process prone to errors. Now, with automation in place, it not only saves us time but also ensures accuracy, reducing the chances of mistakes. It’s made handling documents much smoother and more efficient for everyone.

it has been a essential and a very usefull tool for our document generation process within salesforce . it provides a high level of customisation and ability to integrate it with other systems.

The default document generation on the platform is limited and with composer we can customise it according to our needs and it generates documents effortlessly

Conga Composer offers many features to automate our document generation process, with a lot of out-of-the-box capabilities. It lets us generate documents in multiple formats, such as PDF and Doc, which is helpful because we can produce different outputs from a single template. Conga Composer also integrates with Conga CPQ, allowing documents to be generated with the latest pricing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain situations where formatting isn’t supported. Also, Conga Support doesn’t seem to have strong expertise with Composer, which makes it harder to resolve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer integrates easily with our custom solution, allowing our entire development team to work with minimal training. Now, Composer is helping us take pricing data from Quote and, through Automation, generate a document and send it.
