  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to scale our hiring quickly to fit the needs of our clients, which gives our recruiters the flexibility to assist as many candidates as they can. The initial setup of Phenom Applied AI was incredibly easy, and the Phenom team was very helpful in implementing the beta system.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the interviews, sometimes our AI voice bot will skip and glitch because of small noises, causing it to think the candidate is still speaking. This issue makes it lose the human feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom Applied AI manages interview availability and filters out unqualified candidates, freeing recruiters' time. It scales hiring quickly to meet client needs, offering flexibility to assist more candidates.

AI-Driven Recruitment with Room for UI Improvement

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom uses AI to improve recruitment platforms, providing standard features such as applicant tracking, talent pools, and comprehensive job status updates. AI can help to identify candidates that may not have been seen by the recruiter. The AI function is helpful, but you will only gain productive results if you put in the time to 'train' it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not the best and can feel clunky at times. It'll take training for people to get up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped a lot with the building of talent pools. The mailing system was also really easy to use, particularly if you want to contact multiple people at once.

Phenom AI Streamlines Daily Tasks Effortlessly

  • December 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom AI makes my job so much easier. I utilize it on a daily basis especially when contacting leads or declining candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feels very basic at times. The emails it generates are very bare bones and lack a personal touch. Sometimes the generation takes several minutes, so it would almost be faster to just use Copilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using the AI I was spending hours on menial tasks like creating emails or drafting messages to send to potential candidates. Now I can generate messages in just a few seconds. Additionally, the AI fit score helps me quickly glance at who might be a good fit, which is helpful when my roles have hundreds of applicants.

Streamlined Automation, Needs Better Support

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Phenom Applied AI's vision aligns with how we're thinking about the future of work. I find the automation engine valuable along with the rapid development of new capabilities, which lead to time savings and simplifying the recruiter experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find their implementation support lacking. Also, I think they should consider revising their pricing model. As new features are developed and others become outdated, a customer shouldn't have to recontract for everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Phenom Applied AI for CRM, candidate outreach, workflow design, and automation. It saves time and simplifies the recruiter experience.

Effortless Candidate Engagement and AI-Driven Efficiency

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how it streamlines our candidate engagement and takes a lot of the manual work off our plates. The AI-powered matching helps us surface qualified candidates we might have otherwise missed, and the automated nurturing keeps people engaged without us having to manually follow up on everything. It's made our recruiting process feel more efficient while still keeping things personalized for candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the AI recommendations need some tweaking because they don't always align perfectly with our specific hiring needs or organizational nuances. I wish the integration process with our other systems had been a bit more straightforward too - there were definitely some bumps along the way getting everything to talk to each other properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our candidate engagement problem - we used to lose really good candidates simply because they'd apply and then we wouldn't hear back from them quickly enough, or they'd get lost in the system. Phenom keeps them engaged automatically and surfaces the best matches for our open roles, which has cut down the time I spend manually screening applications.
It's also helping with our talent pipeline. Instead of starting from scratch every time we have an opening, we're building relationships with candidates over time. For someone in my role managing the configuration and recruitment marketing side, it means I can focus more on strategy and improving the candidate experience rather than getting bogged down in repetitive tasks. Plus, it's given us much better visibility into where candidates are dropping off in the process, so we can actually fix issues instead of just guessing.

Boosts Hiring Efficiency with Smart Automation and Personalization

  • December 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom Applied AI stands out for its ability to streamline the talent experience by automating repetitive tasks and providing actionable insights. I particularly appreciate how it leverages AI to personalize candidate engagement, improve recruiter efficiency, and enhance overall hiring speed. The intuitive interface and data-driven recommendations make it easy to identify top talent quickly, which saves time and improves decision-making. It feels like a real productivity booster for both recruiters and candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Phenom Applied AI offers strong automation and personalization features, one challenge I’ve noticed is that some advanced functionalities require a learning curve for new users. Additionally, integration with certain legacy systems can be complex, which may slow down initial adoption. Improving onboarding resources and simplifying system compatibility would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom Applied AI addresses several key challenges in talent acquisition. It reduces manual effort by automating repetitive tasks like candidate screening and scheduling, which saves significant time for recruiters. The AI-driven matching and personalization features help identify the best-fit candidates quickly, improving hiring quality and speed. Additionally, its analytics provide actionable insights into pipeline health and engagement, enabling data-driven decisions. Overall, it enhances efficiency, improves candidate experience, and allows our team to focus on strategic hiring rather than administrative work
