What do you like best about the product?
Zesty is amazing to optimize the cost of EC2 OnDemand workloads. It is not easy to predict, plan & maintain the use-cases for a year with a highly Dynamic Scale, but same time we wish to get the best pricing. Zesty helps here.

What do you like best about the product?
Fully automated, allows us to benefit from long-term commitment discounts without taking on the commitment. No risk with the buy-back guarantee.

on boarding process takes time with root account signing to your aws account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to save as much money as we can without having to devote resources. Zesty has generated savings off of our EC2 bill without changing our workloads. We only pay a percentage of the savings.

What do you like best about the product?
The cost savings are outstanding, and the dashboard is simple yet, communicates the essentials. The implementation was speedy. The staff are very engaged and work to ensure you have a successful implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would help to know what is part of the coverage, for instance. listing the RIs to existing workloads. But overall, I am pleased with the output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The corporate business needs are dynamic, and using the traditional method of purchasing RIs was not efficient. In some cases, buying an RI using traditional AWS methods created some waste, as the workload became inappropriate for the business requirements. The dynamic nature of Zesty's platform removed the hassle and allowed us to focus on rightsizing the workloads, and Zesty took care of the savings for us. Within the 1st month we saw excellent results!

Zesty provides us with significant savings off our EC2 bill in a completely automatic fashion, basically without our team having to spend any time on it.

Nothing, the product is easy to use and works great.

Zesty was easy to set up and savings start immediately!

The way Zesty manages savings plans can cause a few email alerts to be sent to billing admins frequently.

I don’t have to do any RI management and it frees me up to concentrate on other areas.

There are no real downsides, it works seamlessly.

It manages our reserved instance strategy for EC2 and cheaper than if we did it ourselves

Zesty takes away all the manual work of reviewing whole infrastructure and forecasting what to reserve and what not to reserve. On top of that we no longer need to be binded by instance type of family, you can change your infrastructure as you see fit without having to worry about existing reservations or buying new reservations for saving money.
Zesty actually saves more money than plain old reservation directly purchased from amazon and can learn your dynamic workload to actually even purchase savings plan as needed and can change it based on changes you make in infrastructure.

There is really nothing to dislike about Zesty! Just waiting for a few of the features to be available like RDS RI.

Flexibility in reservations and changing them whenever needed.

Pretty quick more or less turnkey solution with easy set up.

Would like richer dashboard features, richer data export options, but that's all coming.
