What do you like best about the product?
The customer portal answer all our needs. It gives us the ability to see all info about user, manage and control accounts and perform important operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lake of webinars. Please add webinars about features in the system like MFA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one solution for user monitoring after auth flows. The most important benefit for us is the customer portal.
Social login made easy with this platform
What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg gave me a lot of authentication methods for my users. Social login is very powerful in my case. SSO, MFA, magic links and biometric auth. Super excited about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frontegg allows you to hoose only 4 social login methods for every app. I don’t understand this limitation. I think it’s unnecessary to limit my users when it comes to authentication methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audit trails for users. Saving users data. Forgetting the need to manage it in my DB is viable. Except of it - authentication and authorization are out of the box.
An extremely valuable product for identity management
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding is super important for a product like this. It was easy to use after reading the integration guide. 5 mins and I had the integration in my exisiting product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a user guide like the onboarding should be implemented also for other complex features. User management and auth flows are not something that developers are usually familiar with. Please add it to your product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Authorization made extremely easier when it comes to Frontegg. Customization of my auth pages is super nice and valuable. Thanks for this.
Life changing user management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Various SDK for js, angular, vue, next and nodejs. This is a wow for such a company. This is something i didnt find in other competitor i tried to compare to. Very impressive architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t feel so comfortable to save my users data in another platform. I will consider it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Twillo benefits me and for sure all auth flows including the backoffice for managing my customers data and tracking.
An out of the box super easy to use solution for authentication and authorization
What do you like best about the product?
Simple integration and UI, it took around 7 minutes to complete the process and use the product in Frontegg website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe only the animations, I would suggest the content would appear immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying the need to implement my authentication flows including integrations with slack and salesforce.
Incredible tool with excellent role management
What do you like best about the product?
The user management is extremely easy to use and helpful, one of the most useful tools Ive had the pleasure of working with. Great design and UI makes for a seamless experience. The authentication flow is smooth and so are the assignment of roles and permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I didnt start using it earlier, the cost is also a little high overall.

Access and identity management.
Frontegg SDK is super slim and easy to play
What do you like best about the product?
My story with frontegg began when my manager asked me to find a way to build a login page with a few authentication flow. We are using react. I google it and im in love now. The APIs of this SDK are clear and fine. Awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the hooks the react sdk expose are not documented. And im not sure if they have support for older version.

Easy sdk hooks. Easy querying. Frontegg is a user identity management platform with advanced authentication and authorization abilities.
Easy-to-use Access Management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg is a very flexible platform, and it can be customized to meet the specific needs of any B2B SaaS application. We are able to quickly and easily create custom roles and permissions and it has almost everything we need out-of-the-box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations can be improved. There needs to be more default integration options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise IAM for SaaS companies
Probably the most intuitive IAM system that exists today
What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg is a very well-rounded user management platform that is really easy to use. It offers a flexible approach and has everything that we need. Our developers love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be simpler and there is definitely more room for better integrations but I'm sure they will get there eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An holistic approach to IAM without the need of developing anything on our own
Manage your user permissions easily with Frontegg
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Vue is easy. I have 2 applications - 1 with version 2 of Vue and one with Vue 3. There are differences between those versions of Vue like the provide and inject mechanism. Frontegg supports them both! All in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you should split the Vue SDK into two. One for Vue 2 and one for Vue 3. It will make the bundle smaller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations with HubSpot, Slack, and Twilio. Apart from that, the authorization and permission level in Frontegg is easy and beneficial.
