Vertice stands out for its intuitive interface, seamless integrations, and time-saving automation features that have significantly streamlined our workflow and improved overall efficiency.

Vertice Made Me Productive from Day One

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Coming in as a new hire, ramping up on an unfamiliar tech stack can feel overwhelming — Vertice made that significantly easier. The interface is clean and well-organized, so I was able to navigate contracts, vendor details, and security assessments without needing much hand-holding.

What I use most day-to-day: the centralized contract view (no more digging through inboxes to find renewal dates), the negotiation status tracker which keeps my whole team aligned without back-and-forth updates, and the software research tools which help me evaluate new vendors quickly and with confidence.

The AI assistant has been a genuine productivity boost for research tasks, and noticeably keeps getting better. For a new team member trying to understand a company's software landscape fast, Vertice compresses what could be weeks of ramp-up into a much shorter window.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest gap for me is that Vertice doesn't serve as a true single source of truth for our software stack. We run security monitoring through another tool separately, so there's no unified view of vendor risk and software management in one place — you're context-switching between platforms to get the full picture.

The most significant limitation, though, is that Vertice covers the intake-to-procure journey well but stops short of the finish line. When we went through the full procurement workflow for an AI content creation tool, everything ran smoothly right up until signing — at which point the process moved to email. The actual contract execution happens outside the platform, which means documents get uploaded after the fact rather than captured natively. For teams without a separate CLM tool already integrated, this breaks what could otherwise be a seamless end-to-end experience. Closing that loop — from vendor research all the way through to signed contract — would unlock the full value of having a centralized procurement platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Vertice, we lacked a centralized way to track our software stack — contracts and renewals were spread across multiple places, making it difficult to get a clear picture of what we had and what was coming up.

Vertice solved the visibility problem first. Having contracts, renewal dates, and vendor details centralized in one place means we're no longer reactive — we can see what's coming and act on it before it's urgent. As a new hire, that single source of truth also dramatically shortened my ramp-up time; instead of piecing together our tech stack from conversations and scattered files, I could see it laid out clearly from day one.

The ROI has been tangible too. Vertice has already delivered measurable savings on contract negotiations, which for a team that previously had no structured approach to vendor pricing, is a meaningful shift. The benchmarking data gives us leverage we simply didn't have before.

The AI tooling has added another layer — helping with vendor research and surfacing insights faster than doing it manually. For a lean IT team still building out its processes, Vertice functions less like a software tool and more like an extra set of hands.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how Vertice acts as a true extension of our team during vendor negotiations. Their team comes to the table with pricing benchmarks and insights we wouldn't have access to otherwise, which has led to tangible cost savings on our SaaS contracts. Vertice streamlines the renewal process, giving us the confidence that we’re getting the best possible deal without having to do the heavy lifting ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can point to that I dislike about Vertice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit has been reclaiming our internal bandwidth and price savings through price transparency and benchmarking insights.

Vertice delivers proactive insights made easy with AI Analytics and a clear dashboard

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love my client success team and the platform. The AI analytics are very useful, and the dashboard makes it easy to see what matters most. I have immediate access to what I need to focus on, which helps me stay proactive instead of reactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t think there are many—at least not in our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spend management and properly vetting our purchases are a big deal for us, especially making sure we’re not renewing products we don’t actually need. Since our procurement team is just one person, Vertice truly feels like an extension of it.

true partner for scaling smarter SaaS spend

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice gives us clear visibility and control over our SaaS stack, helping us make smarter decisions and drive meaningful cost savings as we scale. What really sets them apart, though, is their incredible account team; they’re highly responsive, act quickly on feedback, and operate as a true partner across our organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI hasn't been as intuitive as we've thought. Would also like more integrations with partners like Vanta so we can see end-to-end vendor management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice solves the lack of visibility across all of our tools and spend. It's allowed us to start centralising contracts across formally siloed teams, with eyes on usage, and renewals, negotiation support and insights. It helps us reduce cost, avoid wasted spend and run procurement in a more strategic and scalable way.

They Handle the Heavy Lifting, but the Workflow Could Be Easier for Quick Subscription Changes

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that, for the most part, they do all the heavy lifting for me. I just do monthly check-ins to make sure everything is being handled properly and that they’re getting the best deals. Then I can sit back while they fight for the best price.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the workflow were easier to navigate when I just need to quickly push through a small subscription we already have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously worked with a different procurement team, and Vertice has proven to be much easier to use. Communication has also been far better.

Vertice Transformed Our SaaS Contract and Supplier Management

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find that Vertice has ensured we get the best possible commercial outcomes for our SaaS contracts by expertly managing interactions with suppliers while representing our best interests. Our account team at Vertice feels like part of our team, as they have committed to knowing our business, processes, strategy, and forecasts. The Vertice platform has revolutionised how we onboard and manage suppliers with clear and intuitive workflows that bring order to previously unstructured methods. Its integration with other tools like our CLM has further enhanced our operations. The initial setup was straightforward, allowing us to get an MVP up and running quickly, which we then iterated on to incorporate additional tools and software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. It's been a pleasure working with the Vertice team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice ensures we get the best commercial outcomes for our SaaS contracts, manages supplier interactions, and the platform's clear workflows bring order to an unstructured supplier management process.

Great visibility into SaaS spend with strong negotiation support

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice gives us visibility into our SaaS spend and takes the pain out of vendor renewals.

Before Vertice, renewals would creep up on us and we'd end up auto-renewing, which meant we weren't always getting the best price. Now we get timely alerts ahead of renewal dates, which means we're going into conversations prepared rather than reactive.

The negotiation support has been a big win. Their team handles vendor negotiations on our behalf, and they know the market benchmarks so we're not guessing whether we're getting a fair deal.

We've seen real cost savings on renewals as a result, not just marginal discounts but meaningful reductions that have had a tangible impact on our overall SaaS spend.

It's the combination of the two, visibility into what we're spending and expert negotiation support that makes it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial onboarding takes time pulling together contracts from across the business takes effort.

That said, it's an exercise we needed to do anyway, and going through it has given us much better visibility of our SaaS estate. Vertice supported us through the process and they have tooling that helps with the collation, so it's more of a short-term cost for a long-term gain than a reflection on Vertice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had limited visibility of our SaaS estate contracts were spread across different teams, renewal dates weren't tracked centrally, and we had no real benchmark for whether we were paying a fair price.

Vertice solves both sides of that. On the visibility front, we now have a centralised view of our SaaS spend, contract terms, and upcoming renewals. On the commercial side, their negotiation team handles renewals for us with market benchmarking, which has delivered meaningful cost savings.

The net result is we're spending less, we know what we're spending, and we're not getting caught off guard by renewals any more.
