Real savings in just 4 months

What do you like best about the product?
We brought Vertice in about four months ago and it's been a great decision. What's made the biggest difference in lowering spend is the procurement service they offer and the benchmarking data, which has translated into genuine savings already.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself is good, though it could use a bit of work to make the UI more intuitive. However, this is more than compensated by the great level of service and responsiveness of the team at Vertice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lowering spend, centralising contracts and saving us time in vendor negotiations. So far they've been doing great across the board!

Fantastic, User-Friendly UI with Helpful Forecasting and Top-Tier Support

What do you like best about the product?
The UI in the Vertice interface is fantastic and extremely user friendly, even for someone without large amounts of technical know-how. As a program, I've had zero performance issues, and I find the intuitive timeline/forecast feature incredibly helpful. Additionally, the records system is easy to use and sort through. The Vertice team consistently provides top tier support, and took the time for thoughtful and individualized onboarding. The Team makes it, but the software and tools they use are excellent as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Have not had any significant issues with Vertice, either in execution or on the technical side of things. my interactions have been wholly positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping us deal with a high volume of vendor contracts of various sizes and scopes. Generally, vertice helps our company save money and get more value our of our investments with various vendors. It makes our money go further. Within my department (legal) the easy to use forecasting and consistently excellent organizational structure allows for ease of use in referencing contracts and files for internal legal use.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a dedicated team to help us get great deals and saving our efforts and time. The dashboard is clean and makes it easy to centralize our work with a streamlined workflow.

It helps us understand our SaaS spend, manage renewals, handle negotiations, and streamline onboarding. Overall, it’s been beneficial for long-term savings while also saving our sales team time.

What do you like best about the product?
Vendor negotiation support is really helpful, and renewal management is also nice to see when contracts are coming up to be renewed so that we are not stuck not using the product when we didnt know the contract was ending
What do you dislike about the product?
the platform could be a little complex at first when looking at the database, smaller contracts dont feel like they need to be added.

Pricing of vendors and also just visibility into all contracts we have in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive platform, good account management, already seeing results on SaaS spend optimisation, good pricing mechanism

Relatively high upfront cost, but guaranteed savings which more than overcome this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising all SaaS spend on one platform gives great visibility into overall spend. It also helps optimise SaaS spend by applying procurement expertise to purchasing decisions. On top of that, outsourced procurement saves time for internal teams and reduces the day-to-day workload involved in managing SaaS procurement.

Streamlined SaaS Renewals and Reduce SaaS spendings

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Vertice is that it brings all of our SaaS renewals, contract details, comments, and notes into one place. Its AI-assisted capabilities across our vendors and contracts have made the overall process much more streamlined, and we haven’t missed a renewal deadline since we started using it. The platform is easy to navigate, and the built-in workflows automate a lot of the coordination with very little effort on my part. System owners are notified directly and can also self-serve much of the information they need through the AI, which helps keep everything moving without constant manual follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to add—I haven’t used a similar tool before, so I don’t have anything to compare it with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice solves the challenge of managing SaaS renewals and negotiations, along with the benchmarking needed around pricing. From an IT budget perspective, it has saved the business a lot of money, as well as significant time and effort. Before using it, it was easy to lose visibility, rely on reminders outside the system, and risk missing key renewal dates. With Vertice, everything is centralised in one platform, the workflows automate much of the process, and system owners are engaged at the right time. As a result, we’ve avoided missed deadlines, reduced manual coordination, improved visibility across our SaaS estate, and made it much easier for stakeholders to self-serve the information they need through the AI. This as in fact reduce key person risk in the business.

There is nothing material I dislike at this stage. My experience has been positive overall, and any minor points are typical areas for ongoing refinement rather than significant concerns.
