Great onboarding process and intuitive platform

What do you like best about the product?
The very friendly and helpful team at Vertice have given us a very smooth onboarding process

Platform is intuitive and the functionality looks like a big improvement over our organisations existing ways of managing renewals of our SaaS contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit slow to load sometimes, and it's not clear yet how well it will be able to handle contracts that have variable usage charges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- cost savings
- tracking contract renewals, so that we don't miss them, can proactively consider if we want to continue with an existing service or have sufficient time to cut over to another.
- providing a consistent and traceable record of the procurement/renewal workflow, such as approvals, so that they don't get lost in emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice is an excellent platform for helping to maintain and manage SaaS platform costs. The platform is easy to use and navigate, initial onboarding was excellent with the assistance of their data team and the platform helps to provide visibility on the various renewals across departments.

They are responsive to feedback and genuine in their approach to working with customers to build the best platform possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant challenges when using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice helps to drive value for money on our SaaS spend and free up resources by taking on SaaS renewals and pricing negotiations, this benefits us by ensuring our SaaS budget is kept as lean as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the excellent communication we have with Vertice —the interactions are always smooth and efficient, both between our teams and with the vendors their buyers negotiate contracts with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Vertice so far; our collaboration has been seamless and satisfactory.

Vertice streamlines contract management by handling negotiations efficiently, ensuring favorable terms, and reducing risks. This allows us to focus on our core business while having confidence that our contracts are well-structured and secure.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement and use. Customizable wokflow based on needs. Really responsive support.

Excellent All Round Offering - not just a partner

What do you like best about the product?
The Vertice Platform has allowed us to track, monitor and consolidate all of our ongoing spend in a centralised database.
We can now have clear control processes for onboarding and renewing services.
Vertice take over the management of negotiations to allow our team to focus on BAU tasks
The Platform is intuative, customisable and easy to access for all types of users
Our Customer Success Manager is always on hand to assist with any queries and is really helpful and friendly
There are integrations with our Accounting software which helps sense check costs
We use it regularly to access supplier contracts and T&Cs as a central source of truth throughout the company
We have saved money through negotiations, but mainly through the platform allowing us to identify overlapping services that we can cut down on, remove or replace
What do you dislike about the product?
We have saved money on renewals and new tools but sometimes with bespoke technical software, we still have to take the lead in negotiations, but their benchmarking data is still useful in these instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central source of truth for all of our spend so we can manage our costs better

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly and efficient service, Keshav especially goes above and beyond to provide us with feedback on how we can reduce our costs and tips for when we negotiate internally. Vertice were the only company to agree on hitting our cost reduction target and actually met the target before the end date suggested!

Was easy to start integration and ease of use of their platform has caused us to freqently use their service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides of Vertice - they're transparent about the service and results they'll provide and thus cannot recommend them anymore!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have provided us with a central location to track contracts and provide insights on our costs and how we are reducing them.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Vertice for several months to optimize our SaaS and Cloud spending.

Their support has helped us further structure our procurement approach, particularly in terms of vendor benchmarking, contract negotiations, and identifying concrete optimization levers. The Vertice team stands out for its responsiveness, market expertise, and ability to effectively challenge our existing practices.

On the Cloud side, their analysis has provided us with greater visibility into our costs, along with relevant recommendations to improve efficiency.

We are now looking to extend this collaboration to additional areas, particularly the negotiation of our PSPs, where we see strong potential for value creation.

Vertice has therefore established itself as a key partner in our cost optimization and management strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful and offers a wide range of features, it may require a short adaptation phase to fully leverage its capabilities. With proper onboarding and usage over time, this quickly becomes a strength rather than a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As part of our collaboration with Vertice, we have been involved in several particularly complex negotiations, notably around SaaS contracts incorporating AI-related pricing indexation mechanisms.

These discussions proved to be highly sensitive, both from a technical standpoint and due to the financial stakes involved. Suppliers are increasingly introducing evolving pricing models, often lacking transparency, based on the use of artificial intelligence features or on indexation mechanisms that are difficult to anticipate.

Vertice’s market expertise and experience in this type of negotiation enabled us to approach these discussions with greater perspective and structure, while strengthening our position in front of suppliers.

Workflow platform are not easy to use at all, user guides are missing
Dislike is strong but it is sometimes difficult to benefit from Vertice other client data points, unless our request are very specifics
