What do you like best about the product?
Vertice has been a valuable partner in managing our SaaS contract negotiations and renewals. They've supported me through two recent renewals, helping to secure improved terms through providing practical and useful negotiation strategies.

Beyond the financial benefits, their involvement has saved me significant time by taking on the heavy lifting of the negotiation process, allowing me to focus on other priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any new platform, the Vertice platform was a bit tricky to understand at first, but once you use it for a while, it makes sense and is intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping us negotiate better with SaaS vendors and to remove this work from my plate so that I can focus on other work.

This benefits me as we get better conditions on SaaS contracts, as well as giving me more time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Success depends heavily on strong internal vendor ownership — someone still needs to provide contract context and renewal needs

Workflows are still being developed. For example, you can't cancel some workflow steps once initiated and you have to ask your account manager to do these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice has been a fantastic solution for helping us centralise, organise, and manage both our SaaS and non-SaaS contract spend. One of the biggest benefits is that they handle all standard vendor contracts on our behalf, freeing up our time to focus on the more strategic relationships internally.

The Vertice team are consistently helpful, proactive, and take a hands-on approach with our account. Their insight into vendor pricing and market benchmarks is invaluable — we’ve often benefited from better deals or been guided toward more cost-effective alternatives. Their “playbooks” and expert negotiation support have played a key role in securing favourable contract terms.

The platform itself includes great tools for managing workflows and renewal approvals, which brings structure and visibility to the whole process.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate and enjoy working with Offer. I believe he is doing an excellent job and consistently brings a great deal of value to both me and the team here at OW every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they could do much more, such as helping us with our contracts with major providers like AWS or GCP. It would also be beneficial if they worked with vendors beyond just software, expanding their support in other areas as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get much better prices than what i used to get and i think that now i know what is the red lines of the companies..
I feel like i really pay the minimum i can to each vendor (Software).

What do you like best about the product?
The time saved negotiating renewals and procurement of SaaS tools and agreements as well as the contract management aspect of the same. Moreover, Vertice has proven significant cost savings over the years, I've been working with them.
Additionally, the communication with their team is so smooth and frictionless, so it is a real pleasure to work with them.
The no-code setup of approval flows and review flows are a fantastic feature that they have recently added.

With Vertice, we have gone from having a wild-west approach of our SaaS contracts to be fully in control and compliant in all aspects in this realm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing that I dislike about Vertice - honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time spent on negotiating and managing SaaS contracts. Moreover, we have accomplished full control over our SaaS contract landscape using Vertice.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been working with Vertice for over a year now and the experience has been excellent. What started with a smooth, well‑run onboarding has turned into a genuinely valuable long‑term partnership. The team is consistently responsive, proactive, and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has significantly improved in the last 12 months, I no longer have issues with speed.

What do you like best about the product?
Once contracts are uploaded, the 'Pipeline' that is generated following the OCR process gives clear visibility into the your SaaS scheduled renewal priorities. Also how contracts are managed within the tool with the assignment of 'Owners' and 'Watchers' makes for simple task delegation throughout our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too early to tell at the moment. I am still 'finding my feet' with this new capability and understanding the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have switched from managing infrastructure to managing SaaS vendors, for which there are many. Vertice is helping us maintain timely renewals and better forecast SaaS spend.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized information, no surprise autorenewals, expert advice, dedicated negotiator for larger contracts, savings and cost reduction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vertice has smaller effect on the very large SaaS companies who are unwilling to adjust their pricing structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization - having all our subscription information in one place. Time savings and effectiveness - Vertice sends reminders and there is a team of people at Vertice engaging our employees to think through ways to save - user counts, features, competitors.

Their offering is very unique. We're guaranteed to save money (a true $ guarantee), we're offloading procurement work from our staff and their team is GREAT to work with!
