Very Detailed
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the system is very sophisticated and has endless possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the same time, it can very difficult to do the simplest things because it is so detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to continue growth with Intacct. It works well with our in-house brokerage software.

The menu folders are organized and have enough

It could run a little faster on some parts of the tasks

I like how Sage Intacct is so customizable

I do wish that once something is emailed out from the system, and it fails, that I could receive a notification letting me know.

Easy to operate. Great support features such as live chat.

Updates are hard to navigate sometimes; however support is offered.

Live chat or online help. Desk guide for each user function.

The construction document tracking in coordination with accounting module

Sage is an awesome Account program and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for help in organizing there company finances.

I have not found anything that I dislike.

Organization
Solid and Flexible financial system for all businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct has good controls which allow you to set up your accounting system to meet the needs of your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price- Per user fee is higher than I would prefer which limits who I can give access to. Might not be a good price for SMB's
ease of customizing- I have not found an easy way to customize it without a developer which limits my ability to make changes in the way I would like.

Intacct acts as our accounting software in conjunction with our third party ERP/CRM

Easy to learn and set up for non-profit

Tech Support always directs to knowledgebase and some of us try that before we ask for help

The reporting on this software is limited and could use some work.

Inventory issues mainly with shortages and maximizing distribution.

We use this product for distribution purposes and after learning how to use it does a good job.

Too much printing for AP/AR records. 1 sheet is needed
