Legendary and splendiferous Financial Management and Accounting Tool.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it simple to track and manage time and expenses spent on projects.It is suitable as it helps to track and manage inventories.It makes it easier to send invoices quickly to our customers.It is simple to create and manage purchase orders using Sage Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's works excellenty and I have no negative remarks to make at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates project invoicing and billing process.It enables ease of cash flows management.It is simple to plan and prepare project budgets and forecasts using Sage Intacct.
Use as a manager
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and effective dashboards which provide reliable data. The ability to move from one category to another makes things easy to look into multiple facets of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides that I have run into as a user of Sage Intacct are the lack of borders on tables. Being able to customize views to add borders as needed for clarity would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage allows me to view my pnl report in a way that simplifies several different transactions and revenue lines

It is fairly fast for the amount of data we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Memorized reports do not have enough options to use.

effective and easy portal
What do you like best about the product?
The layout of Sage is very easy to maneuver! It is a great portal that I find very helpful with all my inquiries and research purposes.

I wish it didnt log me out/time out as quick as it does.

the layout and options I need to research certain vendors, invoices, and payments
Easy to use and learn
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sage for very complex items, such as setting up contracts and MEAs.
I do really like the ease of customization and being able to make templates to automate the workflow. The contracts set up and renewal processes are great, but could use a little fine tuning. (and a bit more customization for the contract flow)

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes posting entries can take quite a while. We sync timesheets over from Nexonia (an expense software) and it can take up to 5 minutes to update the percentage completed once synced. It also then takes about another 5 minutes for these to post once you review and check off the projects. It can take up to 10 minutes to do something that should be quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage helps us to keep up with and renew contracts easily as a SaaS company. It also helps when we are adding contract lines for the professional services we provide.
Fantastic Accounting System
What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly UI makes navigation much more accessible than most other accounting software. It has a lot of similarities to other cloud-based services but is a step above the rest with its high-quality technical support and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Besides the customer service, there isn't much that differentiates this product from most other cloud-based software. There are of course limitations to this system based on what the consumer needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merging our previous accounting history into its new system while maintaining enough detail.

It is making my life easier without having the need for me to write my timesheet manually and on paper that means my productivity sky rockets.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to generate employees payrolls with Sage Intacct.It makes it simple to create and send invoices quickly to our clients.It makes it easy to track and manage cash flows transactions.It makes it easier to create custom financial reports.It allows ease to manage and control our finance.It more convenient when used to track and manage expenses.

Sometimes it's difficult to customize Sage Intacct reports.

It automates Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.It is fast to automate accounting activities with Sage Intacct.It is reliable tool for financial planning and budgeting.
A new learning experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The standard SOP for most tasks is not set, so you get to learn how to do things as often as you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to redo my work because of the numerous errors that constantly occur.

They say that they are fixing many issues. I guess we will see how that pans out.
Intacct user since 2016.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cloud based storage, meaning all documents, transactions and reports are all in one place. I also appreciate the continual release updates and reporting flexibility and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is that it doesn't quite meet our business' needs for fixed assets and inventory transactions. It would help to have a more comprehensive fixed assets module that can handle a high volume of assets and transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct allows us to report and drill down by location. Before Intacct we had separate entities for each of our locations in our prior accounting system and it was difficult to post transactions between them as well as intercompany transactions with other business units.
