Great transition to new software
What do you like best about the product?
My organization picked up effeciency in our month end process. The Dynamic Allocation feature saved my accounting team nearly a whole day on our close cycle as we can now allocation building expenses by square footage with a click of the button.
The Sage Intacct interface was a clean and easy implementation. This was largely impart due to the flexibility of the integrations using excel templates for almost every module. The system excels at importing and exporting data so we were able to quickly and efficently transfer from our legacy system with very little issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
The purchasing module is a little clunky, so we reverted back to the AP module to take advantage of the AP automations. Purchasing could be vastly improved if it had the same scanning features as the AP automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Dynamic GL ledger with the non-profit module really cleaned up our trial balance. In our legacy system we had to spin off so many accounts to track our grant spend. With the non-profit module I can spin up grants with start and stop periods without having to add GL lines, which has been a game changer for our financial reporting.
Reliable, Quick and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Sage is being able to get reports for a specific item I'm looking for. I use Sage Intacct very often to get reports. Also, it is helpful to have video to increase my knowledge about Sage! The integrations that Sage has helped me with all of my reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have dislikes about Sage Intacct. If there is an issue, Sage has a great customer suppport who is able to help and help ease the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a nonprofit, there is a lot of information to look at the same time. Sage Intacct has great features that help view all the requirements at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to mass print invoices or sales orders is a huge plus, and makes end of day work quicker than having to click into each invoice separately to print. Love that reports are easily categorized to pull information we need and export straight into excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little room, well no room for small error. To make a change on a task that is already posted, you cant edit, it must be deleted and redone. A/R is unato make any kind of adjustments before submitting a deposit such as a few cents being off and marking it as other income. We have to create a whole new invoice for a few cents. It would be wonderful if our items information was attached to other areas. If I am viewing an item, i should be able to see the last cost, retail, and what we sell it to our customers for...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our system has 'gone down' a few times, customer service is fairly quick to get things resolved. Our business relys on the need to print sales orders a day ahead, pack orders, and invoice them all before leaving. We appreciae the timely responce in getting our issues fixed, well the system fixed.
One other thing I forgot to mention is that the maintenance they do on some Fridays kicks us out of the system at around 7:30pm, sometimes leaving us high and dry. We are in California so if they can make it for a little later we wouldnt have and issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Bulk uploads for both Journal entries and cash applications are the best in Sage Intacct that i like
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit rigid to customize as per our requirements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of using multiple software to maintain books of accounts and in the release of financials, it benefits us by reducing the time by providing all the required reports, financials, and details records of transactions under one platform.

Dashboards and flexability in the system has been a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are 3 different report types in the system, although they each provide different type info and views it can get confusng to know what report type you should start with and if a dimesnion is available or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to use platform systems to build project detailed forecasting to meet our project needs. This has automated our WIP, feeds into our dashboards and has removed a lot of excel work. We now have great historical data in our system for projections, revenue and cash.

No scope for providing a feedback and works in slow pace with low internet connectivity.

It helps to collect the data, store and process the data to provide an accurate financial data that helps in decision making.

Sage Intacct is very helpful to customize the view of the reports and pull out the reports

creation of a payment summary is quite difficult in the accounts receivable part

sage Intacct is very helpful in the maintenance of the financials and recording the recertification of the errors that occurred while accounting. It is very benefiting me to make my job easy and also to helps me to understand the process vary fast on how the backend flow of entries that are posted

It helps maintaining the books of multiple client with an easy user interface in understanding the accounting effects and helps in performing various analysis like Cash forecasting, revenue trend with the help of reports that being able to pull from Intacct.

with the no. of reports which can be prepared, it gives an overall solution to all accounting needs and is also very easy to use

From invoicing to keeping track of revenue with the help of financial reports it makes daily accounting activities hassle-free. Invoices can also be shared with just a few clicks & customer aging can be tracked easily.
