Sage Intacct Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love the grant reporting and tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, our organization is still learning to really navigate the system, but the standard reports don't work for program reporting for some of our grants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, Sage is helping us with our custom reporting. This will make it easier for us to give updates and reports to our grant managers.
Sage is not interested in the success of our company
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dimension structure and the potintial for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implmentation and project managers are uninterested in the success of our company. The concern of sage seems to be more focused on how much each features costs vs making a quality products. Technically, api is behind the times and should have REST years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would like to use it for our financial back end integrated with our operational system. We would like to leverage ap and ar automation.

The multi-entity environment and reporting capabilities

The list views are not user friendly, typing from the beginning to find an account, vendor, or customer can be frustrating

The Multi-entity environment and being able to report with all of our entities.

Intacct is modern and amazing at reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way you have to do order entry with bins per item.

order entry is helping us to hit the correct accounts in different entities

Easy to learn. I love the help topics. :)

I would like someone to chat with when I am unable to correct. I have had to reach out to support and typically hear back relativly quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any.
It has made our data easy to process.

That it is user friendly and easy to move around in.

I am still learning how to find reports and understand creating.

What do you like best about the product?
All the functionalities are modular and can be easily customized for different users. The modules are layed out for easy and quick access by users.

The integrations with Concur is glitching and hard to maintain.
Also, payment processing, especially for wire payments. We have to implement a different module for wire payments.

It is our ERP system for Financial reporting and maintains our internal control process and procedures.
