I like the reporting and dimensions options

Cloud base, user friendly, pretty much anything can be fixed

not being able to unapply a credit note that was applied to the incorrect vendor invoice

cloud base so all staff are users therefore they have ownership of their transactions.
A robust financial tool that meets the specific needs on nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
As an analyst I appreciate the ease of reporting financial data. I also appreciate that Sage recognizes the importance of story telling, that it is not just about the numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find submitted a customer service request frustrating and the turnaround time takes to long

Statiscal accounting to help us with our KPIs
User friendly, but creating your own reporting is too complex.

User friendly. Integration works well with 3rd parties.

Reporting is not the best. Entire platform needs to be changed to drag and drop.

Main ERP system to store data.

I am the only person in my accounting department & the ap automation saves me many hours throughout the month
Invaluable insights from anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Having access for myself and my budget managers from anywhere we have an internet connection has proved to be invaluable. We are always on the go and having live access anytime, is a non-negotiable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building reports is incredibly powerful but can be somewhat cumbersome to build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to live data, anytime, anywhere allows us to make informed decisions from anywhere. It also frees up the Finance team's time by empowering others to access their own data without going through Finance.

The pages are searchable and there is a help option that's is very detailed for almost everything and accessible from every page
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fields and features require new roles or special knowledge. You cannot edit your company configuration after setup or without support for certain things

I like how dynamic it is and ever evolving.

Honestly, have to wait for the enhancements because we arent in an early adoption group.

Sage solved alot of problems simply cause we were in QuickBooks prior, enough said.

I can access it whereever I go. Pretty straight forward and there a ton of training classes available

We are in the construction business. the big part of us is to be able to enter all of our contracts in a system where we can track and invoice the customers against the contract. Intacct has been working pretty well.
We love Intacct - they grow as we grow!

Inter-entity mapping (we have 17 entities/TBs and prior to Intacct, consolidations/intercompany entries were causing massive headaches)

Service process is never as easy as I want it to be (i.e. have to log into the community, I just want to click a button or reply to an email).
Some modules are better than others (i.e. prepaid expense module has glitches that you learn to work around, but limit full functionality).
I wish the app was more dynamic as I am frequently on the move.

AP automation is increasing efficiency in AP process.
Prepaid expense module reduces time spent and manual errors in prepaids.
FA module removed manual spreadsheets and increased confidence in asset listing/ledger.
