  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers a wide range of highly versatile tools, and the comprehensive reporting on remediation steps is clear. The interface is intuitive, integrates seamlessly, and is very useful for making websites more accessible. The dashboard is intuitive and provides clear information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to contact the agent directly, and some issues are reported to the developers. It can be difficult to diagnose which issues were automatically resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their automated tools are intuitive, helping us convey the importance of web accessibility. I found the reporting dashboard easy to understand, and it saves time and effort by automating tests. They offer a valuable, time-saving product.

Level Access makes accessibility easy to understand and stay in compliance

  • April 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have my web pages scanned for compliance and that LA makes suggestions for how to code the page to remain in compliance with legal and corporate standards. Although it is challenging to keep up with regulations and standards in the industry, I enjoy helping product owners and developers finding the requirements, scanning our digital pages to find out where we are and not in compliance, and following up to assure we have met the requirements internally and from government and industry oversight.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a FAQ section if I have a FAQ that can be quickly answered. Also, having a tour of LA would be great so I can see what is possible in the space. It would be really great to go to an area for AA that shows what areas need to be in compliance and a checklist for me to follow to ensure my department is where is needs to be with accessibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving easy ways for disabled customers to find the answers for their needs and normalizing the website to allow these customers to access not only what they came online for but also for opportunities to indulge in the offers that are available to all customers. The screen reader functionality helps our developers figure out where there are gaps in our digital offering which leaves customers lost and not able to fully access the website's features. By having demos and reviewing the updates as a team, we get to see where we are in compliance and where we have additional work to do.

I've found AMP useful but do not have much experience with other platforms to compare my experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the widgets on the dashboard, I enjoy using Access Assistant to scan pages, I like that the WCAG guidelines, best practices, and recommendations are built into the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the instructions for manual testing are too technical to understand and require additional research. The recommendations are also difficult to understand at times for the same reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detects existing accessibility issues, creates reports that we can send to vendors/developers to resolve issues.

This solution helps us avoid accessibility issues across projects

  • March 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Level Access in its ability to make it easier to maintain compliance with accessibility standards. Unless you take the time to track and try to implement those updates, you feel overwhelmed before you use it, but at least we can consistently check for gaps. Also, the platform keeps track of our improvement timeline, this is useful to prove compliance. Using this structured approach, we can never enter into regulatory issues and make our digital products accessible to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to the access issue explanation in Level Access is that some are too technical for teams that have no deep expertise. The platform does have its guidance, but some of that guidance is based on an assumption of familiarity that many teams, again, don't have, and so it makes it a little harder for the non specialists to deal with recommendations. And because we spend more time interpreting some of those findings, the pace of training employees new to the accessibility standards for customers is slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with Level Access has enabled us to move accessibility into more of a regular part of our development workflow, rather than more of a string effort! That meant that before using it, accessibility checks were only performed at the final stages of a project and then fixes were made in a last minute way that held up launches. Recently, we worked to address barriers to release digital products as early as possible, which eases the burden to release on time and with industry best practice.

Overall my experience has been good with level Access.

  • March 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
level Access older platform in my opinion is better compared to the new one, or maybe I am used of using the older one. The platform best feature is the toggle button for the code you enter for the issue and it highlights it right away which makes it easier to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downside is probably the toggle button not working for the user entered code and 100s of similar findings for the inaccessible page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The convivence is probably the best part about it.
