Level Access is the Real Deal
What do you like best about the product?
Don't waste your time or put your clients at risk using single script plugins to solve your digital accessibility issues. That's not how it is done. Accessibility is hard work, but it is made all the easier with great partners like Level Access at your side. Their AMP tool makes finding and managing site accessibility issues easy and their team is very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable in all aspects of digital inclusion and accessibility. Could not ask for better!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using it for a few years now and really have nothing bad to say about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We partner with Level Access and leverage AMP to support our client's current and growing accessibility needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and access to vital information needed to understand how to remedy violations but also its ability to transfer knowledge easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The score is not dynamic by design but if we can provide which violations were fixed it can help calculate the new score and provide a guideline for what if and prioritization. However, AMP report does breakdown the violations by severity and pattern which is very helpful in prioritizing but the score tends to be what is focused on..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding and fixing ADA violations against WCAG 2.0 standard and tracking them whether this testing is automated, manual or uses case to understand and learn how to improve our processes and expertise independently.

Take full advantage of fix recommendations to help with internal remediation efforts and its prioritization

The reports are pretty easy to read and the fixes suggestions from the support team are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to keep track of progress while fixing issues, such as checkboxes to say "ready for validation"

Level Access AMP is a great tool that allows businesses to monitor, test and update their digital assets to ensure accessibility compliance. This benefits both businesses and consumers by ensuring all can access the services they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AMP tools allows us to locate areas of non-compliance, and therefore risk, and fix them in a timely manner so that our customers have a better, and more user-friendly experience to find the services they need.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface for requesting support/audits. Clear feedback on how to solve each of our violations and how to improve out system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems like similar types of feedback are listed in multiple ways and it can be difficult to discern how each area is different.

A clean, straightforward process for improving our existing products and getting solid guidance on planned changes and improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively low barrier to entry to learn how to use the tool and a decent UX/UI for the tool and dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see the UX/UI improved to make it a no-brainer for anyone I need to onboard for this tool.

It's allowed us to relatively quickly assess our Public web sites for accessibility violations. It gives us a way to prioritize the work we need to do to get into compliance.

The manual test process was challenging for us because an audit can have multiple results depending on the individual completing the manual testing. However, we presented this open-ended result to Level Access and they acknowledge this outcome, considered our proposal, and presented a fix that is now a part of a consistent process.

Great Accessibility Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The extensive library is extremely useful in understanding the plethora of standards and in explaining them to others. The AMP Access Assistant produces accurate results quickly and allows me to export them to Excel so i can share them easily with developers and other testers. The Level Access reps are quick to respond to questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything i dislike about AMP. It has proven extremely useful in my 508 testing over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i'm testing websites for any accessibility violations. AMP has indicated violations and provides insight on manual testing that may need to be done. It provides accurate findings and saves valuable time by providing the results quickly.
