What do you like best about the product?
Tenon is an automated testing software for designers, developers, and testers. It is characterized by its API integration, flexibility in testing, and its documentation. What makes this product incomparable to other similar products is especially its API integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find nothing to dislike about this product; it is accessible despite its very high price. It is easy to use overall. And as software, it is really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
He solves problems, questions, and concerns related to tests and also helps to save manual time and provide less effort during the test.

Tenon can fix accessibility fast by first doing a website audit. With this done, the problems identified and next then the item prioritized to time to fix the issues.

Tenon site itself have some potential issues that needs to fix. Some times site hanging and will get error message. Popularity is low. User support needs to be improve

I have used Tenon for testing the code, website and compliance. I like the interaction with different APIs which can be seamlessly integrated into our existing toolsets available making it more robust and effective.

There are certain crash or bug reports that are needed to work upon. Sometimes the web takes a long time to respond for checking the code. The cost is a little higher than the peers doing the same stuff.

This is easy to use software which I am j=using for website for testinga s well for training purpose. It makes my work easy and effective and helps in reducing time and hence helps in increasing overall productivity.

Their supoort team is not very active, you can't expect instant help from them

Easy to set up. We can use the tenon api service to integrate it with google analytics. Tenon website gives the flexibility to test the website by specifying manual links, and we can fix the issues for accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tenon API service needs initial developer support, which might not be straightforward. Having a video on how to do that will be helpful.

We use Tenon to fix Accessibility issues On the Website. 508 testing can be done quickly by the use of Tenon.

Fully featured accessibiliy and compliance testing of live site. Dev API integration for staging/engineering, compliance suggestions and best practices. Easy to get started, with a more advanced suite of tools available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fairly industrial interface, limited documentation for basic users, most of which is blog posts or community submitted troubleshooting. Support level is based on paid tier.

There is not that much to dislike in the product, but still, pricing is a little bit high compared to other products, but the services they are providing is exceptionally high, and quality is also good
