What do you dislike about the product?
I personally doesnt have much drawbacks to list out. Few minor things which I faced was
- Scanning a section of page was bit hard for people from non development background.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Converting a legacy application to a 508c complaint one.
- Many violations on the table - regarding row header, column header and associations
- Our software was more usable than before.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff
What do you like best about the product?
The detail it provides is invaluable for developers. It also is convenient to have non-developers able to access and view the deficiencies along with helpful tips
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is not always intuitive - for example, I have trouble adding "assets" to user accounts so that people can view the audit results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us become accessible right now. I anticipate using it to form a world-class experience

What do you like best about the product?
Quick, easy, access to the documents that have been prepared from our testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working/drilling, through the documents trying to find a correlation between the violations and a remediation plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us manage our compliance and remediation roadmap.
My preferred accessibility tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated, manual and guided assessment and the report collection system. The knowledge base and guided manual review and accessibility guidelines save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part to me has been the learning curve for using more advanced features. Need some more help in the implementation phase of the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Establishing feedback loops with our 3rd party partners for technology and curriculum development. Saving time in the manual testing routines.

Incredible Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be tailored to work in the best way possible for my team. And love the support and care that LevelAccess provides to make sure we can utilize it to the best of our ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some difficulties integrating our bug tracking system, which resulted in some extra steps from our team to make sure all bugs were being logged correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to quickly and consistently test the content that we create, and AMP provided an excellent solution to us. It also enables not only our testing teams to make sure they have the appropriate resources, but it helps our design teams to make sure they are creating accessible solutions off the bat.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful were the collaboration sessions between Level Access and Voya

Level access was excellent in assisting Voya with our accessibility questions. only negative i would say is the turn around time for the email reply

they are giving us extremely helpful insight and suggestions to solve our accessibility issues
Each meeting was like a class. We all learned so much.

Any questions we had were answered very clearly and concisely, without any hesitation.

Nothing to dislike really. Each time we needed to have a meeting, folks were available on the Level Access side.

Accessibility on the Web has been a big push from the Voya side. Im actually impressed that they took the initiative to make our apps and sites more accessible.
