Intuitive Visual Organization, But Search Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Love how it's so visual - its easy to quickly find the thing you're looking for, unlike in Google Drive where you see a bunch of file names. It's been very intuitive even for our business partners who don't use Air regularly- we're constantly using Air links to share with them to send large files and it has been working well for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for the search functionality to improve. We have been members for about 4 years and there have been a lot of improvements over time, but we're a messy organization - we don't have proper naming conventions and multiple teams saving things to different folders. Improving the search would be very helpful to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is an image library for all of our visual assets that is accessible to all.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how Air provides a seamless setup experience. Transferring everything and onboarding new users was smooth and easy. The ability to store all our content in one place and organize it efficiently is incredibly valuable. It allows not just our company but also athletes and external vendors to access content without any hassle. The interface of Air is user-friendly, making every interaction straightforward and seamless. Customer service stands out with its excellence, ensuring any issues are quickly resolved. The system’s functionality to label, tag, and recognize content so easily saves us significant time and effort. Overall, the ease of use, combined with an efficient and well-organized structure, greatly enhances our productivity, making the adoption of Air a positive decision for our team.

I do not have anything at this point that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Air solves content storage and organization efficiently, enabling easy access for team members and athletes. It eliminates issues with content accessibility, making our workflow seamless.
Visual order to our organisation that's been a huge improvement from dropbox or google drive
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about air is its ability to export assets in multiple sizes, which saves me the extra step of editing and allows for quick asset delivery. The tool is highly visual, making it especially suitable for marketing purposes. We use it seamlessly across customer service, external development teams, and internal marketing teams, all without the usual hassles of permission management or confusion. Overall, it has brought a sense of visual order to our organization.

I would love to see easy tagging at product level and and easy way to have photos in multiple places

Effortless Organization and Fun Layout—A Game-Changer for Our Marketing Team
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is so simple and fun to look at! It makes using it so much easier. We use it in our team to see brand uploaded content and Air makes it seamless for us to create organized folders for brands to put content in and tag it for the season or promotions we are doing. It cuts the time the marketing team spend in half!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides! Air is so seamless, the title is very fitting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air addresses the challenge brands face in organizing their content. It allows teams to quickly highlight the materials they want to showcase, making it much easier to find the right assets. This has significantly reduced the amount of time our marketing team spends searching for content to include in our promotional newsletters, website layouts, and other projects.
Excellent Asset Organization and Search, But Workflow Automation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to keep all my assets organized in one place, making them easy to find whenever I need them. The most convenient feature is its powerful search function, which seems to understand exactly what I'm looking for based on the description I provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to see an option for internal functions within workflows. For example, if I label an item as red, I want it to automatically appear wherever I want all 'red' tagged items to be displayed. Additionally, I wish the AI could be trained to recognize products or items that are specific to what I use, so it could generate descriptions tailored to those products using its trained AI capabilities.

Having all assets gathered in one location makes them easy to find and download. The convenience of accessing everything in a single place really streamlines the process.
Efficient Asset Management with Air, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I find Air to be incredibly beneficial for managing our photo assets efficiently. It has helped us streamline the organization process, making it easier and quicker to find and repurpose old assets, which has saved us a significant amount of money. The modern and user-friendly UI is a perfect fit for our needs, especially for beginners on my team. The tagging system within Air stands out as particularly useful, allowing us to categorize photos by different products, models, and colors, which greatly enhances our ability to locate assets when necessary. Additionally, the board systems are very helpful in organizing our work. I also appreciate the excellent support from Air's team, particularly the assistance from their representative Paige, who was instrumental in the setup process, even though the setup was straightforward and required minimal help due to the thorough resources provided. Overall, Air has been an efficient tool that improved our team's workflow, helping us move much quicker and making it a desirable option to continue using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the general price point of Air is a bit tough. I think there are a lot of really great features it offers at a very, very high price point. I would love for it to be more accessible to small businesses and nonprofits to be able to use.

Air helps us find photo assets easily, resurface old assets for repurposing. It enhances our team's efficiency with an easy setup and effective tagging system.
User-Friendly, But Mobile Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Air for nearly three years to manage my client's content across social media, digital channels, and print assets. One of the main features I love about Air is its capability to allow the same content file to be live in multiple places, unlike Google Drive where I had to copy assets into different folders. The setup process was incredibly easy and intuitive, which I found very impressive. I appreciated the ability to tag content and the use of AI to help with tagging images, which is extremely beneficial. Air also solves the issue of reusing content across various platforms efficiently, as I can move assets effortlessly. The AI-powered computer vision tagging is particularly helpful, and I enjoy being able to track approvals for different content workflows. I also appreciate the ability to create multiple subboards based on my specific needs and the simple search functionality that allows easy access to content using basic terms like necklace, bracelet, or colors. Furthermore, I value the integration with Canva, which complements Air's functionality nicely. Overall, I like Air a lot, to the extent that I would purchase it again and again regardless of any new programs or aspects added.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Airflow app to be a bit challenging due to its learning curve. Additionally, the mobile app could use improvement as I find it lacking in intuitiveness. I would also prefer to use an actual app rather than a web-based solution on my mobile phone.

I use Air to manage client content across digital and print channels. It solves the problem of having to duplicate assets by allowing content to live in multiple places, streamlining my workflow. The intuitive setup and AI tagging enhance content organization and searchability.

Sometimes when I upload photos on Air, it doesn't upload the first time I click it.

Air is a seamless way for me to transfer photos to my client where they can view all of the photos before downloading.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Air! My marketing team utilizes it to store and organize all of our photos. Very user friendly and easy to implement on our team. The system makes uploading quick, organizing very straightforward, and offers seamless sharing with teammates as well as outside parties. We are always using photos in presentations or content, so the organization and search function make it so easy to recall just the picture we need! Canva has an Air Integration that is super user friendly and easy to connect as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Air was integrated into more of our systems, the way it is integrated into Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As marketers, we need a place to store photos from our events, for promotional items, and for content creation. Air not only gives us this space but makes collaboration seamless.
