Enhanced File Organization, But AI Features Feel Unnecessary
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to add tags to each file, which allows for easy sub-categorization if desired. The file filtering feature is also very convenient. Overall, this feels and functions like an improved version of Drive or DropBox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI features seem unnecessary to me. I get that they can help quickly summarize what might be inside a folder or what a file could be related t. On my PC I have a separate HDD for just storing stuff, that is what Air does essentially, but I don't need AI on my PC just to store things. It feels like these features are included just to follow a trend, rather than because they're actually useful in my case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, I mainly use it for storage and to download files that my editor provides. I typically follow whatever my boss recommends, and if he asked me to set up my own NAS, I would do it. Still, I do like your product—just wanted to mention that.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Air for many years primarily for image storage and sharing across multiple team members, and I find it very easy to use and navigate. I really like the search functionality, which allows me to find the key images I am looking for effectively. The ability of Air to handle and share high-quality and heavy image sizes has been crucial for me and my clients. We appreciate being able to organize and navigate our image database efficiently, with features like folder classification, making it easier to store files and access them later. I love the ability to adjust image sizes when downloading, as it gives me the flexibility to choose between full quality and a smaller size depending on my needs. This feature is particularly beneficial for different project requirements. I also appreciate the super clean interface, robust usability functions, and the efficient keyword search feature that helps me find necessary images quickly. These features collectively make Air a comprehensive tool for image management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Air to have keywords associated with images, either AI-generated or user-inputted. This would assist in finding images even if the exact wording is not used, potentially enhancing the efficiency of the search functionality.

Air simplifies image storage and sharing for high-quality, large images, facilitating organization and navigation across teams. It enhances usability with features like image size adjustment during downloads and efficient search functions, organizing images with folder classification.

I think everything is good; there is nothing I would add or remove from the current system.

I like the ease of use for uploading things for my teams. I'm sure there are other great features but I like that it's simple to share items with my coworkers.

I haven't found anything to dislike about Air at this time.

Improved Search, But Viewing Large Images Is Cumbersome

The search has been improved and is easier to find the assets.

Hard to see large images on the screen without the use of the scroll bars.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can arrange all the files in different folders like we do in windows which is very user friendly and similar design trait. The minimal design keeps everything easy to grasp and navigate through loads of data and content.
something i find useful is the option to view image files in low size mode to retain the speed of the app while giving option to see it in HQ. Overall i like the platform

What do you dislike about the product?
while going through images there's a lag in between image change
i mean you went to new image and still u see the old image for few second, air can improve this maybe, i know it's tough to optimize for such large sizes. but that's one of the things i find odd.
No preview for some files like the one uploaded by 360 cam or some file formats.

So we are a design agency and natually we have loads of content like image videos so the air basically helps us to arrange everything and keeping evrything we make or handover.

What do you like best about the product?
Huge upgrade from Google Drive. Clearly built by creatives for creatives. Makes our creative collaboration and centralization a lot smoother.

Nothing super obvious comes to mind. I genuinely like all of the features they offer.

It gives our teams a central hub to share and store content.
Streamlines Influencer Content & Management of Assets
What do you like best about the product?
As an influencer marketing consultant, I use Air to manage influencer content collection, reviewing of content, and storage of the content with my clients. It makes each step super easy and makes it so everything stays in one place. I love how you can also use the customization to collect things like planned caption from the influencer when they are submitting the content!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the price point for more storage was a bit more attainable, but it really does give you a lot of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes it much easier than other storage solutions to collect, store and receive feedback from clients about influencer assets. It's super helpful to manage the content between both the influencer team as well as the paid social team for asset management once we have content from an influencer with usage rights. We can even set the usage rights expiration date right within the asset itself on Air.
