Great Software to organize photo/video
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy and fast to use. Easy tagging and search capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to do a little more training as I wasn't able to tag some items as easily/quickly as I would like. I'm sure the training is there and available, and it's just I need to take the time to sort it out.
Also would like the ability to export images with updated meta tags to incldue tagging I've added within air.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used this on the business side, but mainly I use it personally to organize my nail polish colors. This enables me to see what I have and ensure I don't buy a color I already own. It also makes it easy to see everything in one place to plan out a future mani.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so helpful in delivering client files and organizing them for my branding and website clients without having to use all my Google Drive storage which is such a relief!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, but it would be nice if my clients didn't necessarily have to make an account to contribute to an album I share with them! That would make things quicker and more helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to take up valuable storage in my Google Drive that I desperately need to keep freed up. I can keep files more organized and utilize my Air albums in different ways for client projects.
Air is the perfect DAM for small businesses, freelancers, or people just starting out
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Air provides 5GB of storage for individuals starting out using Air as their DAM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how files and content is organized. There are collections that act as folders but they're not necessarily folders and take a bit to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps me organize the assets for my projects that I work on whether for my own business or for freelance work. I can easily organize, find, share and make changes to the assets that I store in Air. They're easy to find and the interface is easy to navigate

I love the user interface. It is easy to navigate and use. It also looks so sleek and modern that I am proud when I use the share feature with our customers. The customer support is also fantastic, and I appreciate that they are always making improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more efficient way to tag multiple images with varying times. It can be kind of itme consuming right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our oodles of files. I love that we can group and sort but also tag and search across alllll of our media. It's helping me be quicker in turn around time on projects because I can quickly locate the assets that I need.
It's amazing to easily see, sort, tag and share a variety of resources without extra clicks.

This is such a game changer working in a digital marketing company! From our digital managers to our videographers, we can't imagine a life without it. This has been essential for us and makes the creative process that much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Air is that is makes it easy to upload files and stay organized! The tab section for each upload is what helps our team easily access and grab files. We like to use Air as a place to review content and love that Air allows us to share notes and add new versions of content all in the same place. I also love that Air is a visually appealing platform for content! Air also makes file sharing easy with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Air is that sometimes the upload process can be slow. And it can be a bit buggy at times. I also wouldn't mind if there was a centralized home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped solve the fact that we need a place where all team members can upload content to one centralized place. And that we can all easily access these files.
Great for organization, tag and notes in this ever-evolving photo usage rights world!

Air helps me to organize hundreds of photo projects with unique details and usage rights, so we can easily document those to keep all teams on the same page.

I wish there were a more visual way to see the tags.

In the past we've had legal issues, because the team inadvertantly used images incorrectly. Now, we use tags and the description section to track all details.

I love the ability to keep everything organized and find things quickly. It's also super easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to allow downloads on your boards if you share a link. 99% of the time I want people to be able to download and sometimes forget to hit that button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business needed a new DAM for our franchise owners. Air has been the best option!
