All content organised in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organise content in multiple sections. Filtering and tagging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take a bit of time to learn how to use all the functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organise all of our different types of content by product, content creator and other relevant attributes without having to duplicate the content into different folders.
Couldn't find anything else like it
What do you like best about the product?
The way Air is layed out, with the ability to have images (or other media) in multiple "boards" and sub-boards within boards, makes it very helpful to manage for us. As a wedding venue, we receive hundreds of pictures for each wedding, and we have to have a structured way to manage them so we can be effective with our marketing.
We can have a couple's wedding album where all their pictures are stored, and go through and also add those to a "Highlights" or other specific galleries (i.e. an Instagram post we're doing), without having to duplcate the photos or download and re-upload them.
Having the ability to tag and search (including their machine learning search that identifies objects in photos) has been very helpful for us as well.
Another big selling point for me was the Canva integration, which streamlines our workflow tremedenously so we're not having to download and upload each photos when making content for our social media.
Lastly, if we are sharing albums, it's super easy to grab a link to share with someone.

What do you dislike about the product?
They discontinued the native iOS app, which may affect our workflow some when posting to social media. They have a mobile-optimized web app, but I have not had a chance to test it yet so I can't say for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage the thousands of photos we receive from the weddings we host so we can be more effective with our marketing.
Very easy to use & organize assets
What do you like best about the product?
Moving assets from Sharepoint to Air was the best decision. It's easy to use, view assets, organize, etc. Love that the assets are visual, easily searchable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little downside - huge improvement over categorizing assets in files. I do wish there was a differentiator between asset versions and multipl assets that link together - for example multiple frames of a social post we house as versions, but would be helpful to link together in another way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to store and find assets quickly - very visual.
Coworker Communication Dream
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can upload and easily share assets and images for my coworkers to see and download. And in the same way, I love how quickly I can find images my coworkers have uploaded to stay up to date with projects everyone is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not too much I dislike about Air, but occasionally the Share options get a little confusing and the person I'm sending them to doesn't have the right access. All it takes though is for me to go into Share settings, but I wish it was a little more evident when sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a big relief to be able to upload things and share them into Air when I am sharing a large amount of assets to different people. This is especially helpful when sharing to people for review.
Very easy to use and expand
What do you like best about the product?
We started using Air to store and share files, but it quickly became a collaborative tool for editing brochures and videos. Also, the tagging feature is a life savor for sifting through images that have inconsistent names!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Air had the ability to preview BRAW video files and Indesign files natively, but this is not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving all team members access to all of our digital assets. Before Air we had files spread out over multiple drives. Our file names have always been inconsistent, but Air allows me to quickly tag and organize files.
Just what we needed
What do you like best about the product?
We were in desperate need of a digital asset management system we could share with our partners, but the high cost was holding us up. The big cloud storage and file transfer options were becoming an unmanagemable mess. Along came Air thru a recommendation and in one day we were in business with an affordable, "Media Center". We're now sharing all our brand assets with our partners and we don't look "small business" anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would just like a little more control with custom folder thumbnails, but really no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing brand assets with our partners. No more sharing files and folders via Drive, DropBox, We Transfer, etc. Easy to use for everyone in the business also.
Air is my favorite content management platform to date!
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes it easy to store, organize and access photography and video content. It's become a go-to resource for our entire team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet- it's really done everything we've needed it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Air, we stored everything in Google drive. It was difficult to locate the content we needed and even more difficult to peruse content.
Best Asset Organizer for Creatives
What do you like best about the product?
Air is such an amazing tool for all creatives, the platform is easy to use and allows for a lot of customization and tagging making it easy to organize content. We handle a lot of graphics, images and videos and work with a cross functional team at different access levels. Being able to customize access is a plus for our team and we don't have to worry about losing or misplacing any files. Highly recommend this for marketing and creatives, especially if you deal with a lot of content creation for Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Our of all the online storage we have looked at, Air is the best one we have used!
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently phased out the app for Air and there seems to a time consuming task of downloading assets for mobile. All files will be downloaded into the "Files" app underneath Chrome. We are hoping that this is temporary as have to "Double" download is time consuming. Hopefully it will be fixed soon and that all media files (videos and photos) that are downloaded will go straight to the camera roll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset management and making sure the access for folders are for specific users. This helped us get organized and create our content bank so that we have all files needed wherever we go.
The most user-friendly DAM tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Air is really user-friendly, and is really easy for anyone on my team to use. I like the ability to search for keywords and find assets without everything needing to be manually tagged.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much that I dislike! The only hiccup we've had is sometimes replying to comments didn't work properly, but Air support was really helpful with trying to identify the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is helping us manage all of our assets in one place. One of the biggest benefits over using Air instead of Dropbox is the ability to see everything visually.
Easy to use and organized photo system
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Air for managing my organization's photos. My favorite part is that I can actually view the photos in our library, not just see the names of the files. I additionally love the tagging feature, as I can use key parts of the photo to organize it. These tags are searchable (and even if you haven't tagged everything, Air's AI is still pretty accurate) and finding photos has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of Air is that it's a little hard for people who have not spent a lot of time using the system to be able to use it. When I try to collect content from people, a lot of times they won't see or remember to hit the submit button after uploading their photos. It just another step that for people who are just quickly trying to get you their photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Photo organization. We previously used Sharepoint, which is not an ideal photo management system. With Air I am quickly able to search and find the photos that I need which significantly cuts down the time I spend on that task.
