Effortless File and Image Sharing Makes Collaboration Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share images and other files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging is a laborious process. Would be helpful if there was a feature to mass tag assets.

It allows me to share images and other files with specific permissions.

The ease of uploading and finding folders

So far I have not experienced any downsides. Occasionally, its hard to tell which is the most recent file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing large design files so that I do not have to keep them on my desktop taking up space!
Easy to Use with Tons of Features—My Favorite Platform Yet
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use, and I also enjoy having access to so many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about I like it better than most platforms.

We use it to upload our UGC content, making it easy to share with both colleagues and clients.
Effortless File Browsing and Smart Tag Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to browse through the files that have been uploaded before, and the tags are very helpful for organizing the videos into categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I don't have major complaints, but I find it frustrating that I have to reconfirm where to upload the files. Occasionally, I accidentally click exit before the upload is complete, which can be inconvenient.

Easily browsing through files that have been uploaded by multiple members
Easy to Navigate with Constantly Helpful New Features
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to navigate, find content, and it's constantly coming out with helpful features. It's so easy to share images without being worried about messing up our organization. Forms for collecting images is also super helpful. The integrated AI is pretty good about finding objects and people as well. I'm excited to see all of the features that are coming up! Our reps have also always been super supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Sharepoint would be awesome. I wish we could do more basic editing in the platform. Just basic photo adjustments, video trims/crops, etc. They do have quite a few features for that however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been so helpful for storage and more importantly as a way to find them. It's so nice to drag and drop them in and also be able to look for things that are in the photos not just based on titles or tags.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Air's version control to be particularly valuable, allowing me to track different versions of a particular asset effortlessly and enhancing our team's ability to manage changes efficiently. The organizational capabilities of Air, including the use of different boards and sub-boards, significantly help in structuring our marketing materials, making it much easier to manage and find work. Additionally, the search capabilities are a standout feature for me, providing superior ease in locating assets compared to previous platforms. I also appreciated the smooth setup process, with setting up the different boards being straightforward and efficient. Importantly, the onboarding team was incredibly helpful during our initial setup phase, ensuring a seamless transition to using Air. These capabilities have collectively improved our organization and workflow, making Air an essential tool for our marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize the content. Controls over who has access to view, download etc. Requesting submissions from others etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a paid option for more space that fits in a small business budget.

I have been using Air for over two and a half years, primarily to consolidate and organize our restaurant photos for various social media platforms. I love how Air significantly contributes to eliminating disorganization among our photos, making it easier for our social media managers to track the most current photos and content for their posts. Air stands out for its ease of use and delivers a good user experience, which are crucial aspects that make me consider purchasing it again. The setup process for Air was very easy and straightforward, focusing on setting up an organizational system tailored to our restaurant's needs. Additionally, I find the photo naming and searchability features particularly useful, as they enhance the functionality needed for efficient social media management.

I find it challenging to log into Air and would like it to be easier.
