Loving it so far
What do you like best about the product?
The useability is outstanding. Very user friendly & easy to learn in a pinch. Does exactly what we need is easily organizable to keep myself and my assets in order.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsides so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset organization for sending to vendors. Solves the problem that we have had in the past with vendors not being able to navigate our assets to download. Air makes it very easy for us & them.
Awesome platform
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been fantastic for my organization. I love how easy it is to collaborate and share with both internal and external parties. The visual layout makes it easy to find things, and the version history is super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides! So far so good

Visual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Air has helped our team collaborate on photographs and design assets within the office and remotely. The sharing features are great for equipping additional team members with the assets they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have a critique of Air right now. They provide the service we expected and are constantly improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air allows us to share photographs across our team easily, and to collaborate on design projects with team members not in the office.
Easy to use; Outstanding customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I love the design and the ease of use. It was easy to learn and apply for our business.

There are updates that need to be downloaded often.

Our assets are easily accessible and organized in a way we can see clearly.
Air is AWESOME
What do you like best about the product?
we use air to house all assets, it has amazing organizational features, as well as the ability to easily add members to your team, making it easy for all team members to collaborate and access the assets. The interface is super user friendly and easily implemented for all team members. Customer support is always readily available, although hardly ever needed. We use air almost daily, and never have issues! Super easy to integrate within our team as wel.

I don't have much critique about air, it's super easy to use and super helpful for our team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have consultants all over the country that we work with, it's great to have a platform that nicely houses all assets
Easy to use platform for sharing assets
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes sharing files very easy, especially large files. The orgainzational structure is also great when keeping track of old and archived files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Temporary shut downs for maintenance (which are not frequent), some delays during file uploads/downloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files among our team, housing all of our assets in one place, and sharing files externally with clients.
A great CMS for people who need to have a lot of content and well organized
What do you like best about the product?
It's so helpful for housing content and having it be well-organized to reach at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I can find anything I don't like. It's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses so much content and finding a way to organize it was super challening. Air provides a great solution to having so much content and needing a way to access it and allow our clients to input their content without needing an account.

What do you like best about the product?
The company I work for started using Air during the summer and I absolutely love it. I'm a very visual person and that's what I love most about it. It's so easy to track down the files and photos for that reason. It's been relitively easy to upload files and implement into my daily work life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that instead of downloading files, that they would just open up in photoshop or illustrator. With the cloud storage we used previously you could do that and it was so nice. This is also very low level of a dislike- but I dopn't like that it doubles checks which file you are putting your files in. Normally I already have the file open that I'm uploading it to. But I guess if you didn't that would still be a nice feature. I wish that the files would organize by application as well. Or that it was easier to see what the application or file is when looking at them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us be more organized for sure.
Better than Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
File and folder organization has never been easier. Way better than Dropbox and GDrive. We live by our tags. We add files to multiple boards. That's best for us and Air makes it possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaborating is difficult: I wish Air would buy Frame.io so it could all live in one place instead of uploading draft assets to Frame just to leave better comments and discussions then uploading final assets to Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset management has been a chore. We were using Google Drive but certain folders would only be editable by certain users and it was a fustercluck.
Great for managing lots and lots of content
What do you like best about the product?
Air is a wonderful tool. The organization and ability to customize the platform for your needs has been helpful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are managing lots of content so sometimes it requires some creativity as to how we organize the assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is allowing us to manage multiple pieces of content and get a clear understanding of its status.
