A few weeks in and I already love...
What do you like best about the product?
I think the organization is very intuitive, I love how easy it is to find the files I need and do it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters function is a bit confusing to me, to my knowledge none of my team uses it (maybe that's why?).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assembling all of our creative assets in one place... photos for every brand we work with that are internally produced AND sourced from creators. It's so so helpful to have it all in one place.
I LOVE AIR
What do you like best about the product?
The mostly helpful thing about Air is the organization it provides. It is so easy to access and pull up images and files my company has uploaded to Air. I love the tagging of photos feautre and also the notifications you get when someone tags you. It is an Type A's dream!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing I dislike about it!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company all used Google docs beforehand and now that we all use Air, we can all go to one place to access all of our photos, files, and documents.
Love Air For Our Cross-Functional Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very simple, clean, and easy to use. Can organize by folders or search making it incredibly easy to work cross-functionally with other teams. There are also tagging features that give our team another indicator if an image is approved or not. Overall Air has made working with images much easier for our cross-functional teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside or feature I would love is having a more robust search feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving how we can organize images from different months and years, across different photoshoots to keep images organized and easy to find.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the tagging feature! Makes it so easy for my team to collaborate together and then come back to later on. I Also love just the overall layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is truly nothing i dislike - so much better than drop box
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall organization of things. Tagging of images has been the most beneficial for me and my team. We tend to have what we call "brain dumps" where a lot of info gets passed around and things are forgotten - this application makes it easy to make notes on and return to later on
Easy and organized photo sharing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Air is our primary way of uploading photos to use for social media and for others to upload photos for us. Our creative team also uses it to upload all our graphics and videos for social media. This is something that our team is using every single day and we all love it. It's easy for us to organize photos and also keep separate ou creative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know the app was recently removed, but would love for an easier way to upload photos from my phone rather than through Safari. I wish there was an integration between Air and Photos app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One single place for our team to upload and store photos.
Great platform for organizing content across teams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to upload, tag, and organize content. I love how easy it is to create nested boards. It's also great to be able to send out links to external users to view, comment, and download content without having to have a seat at the org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a newer platform so expect a few bugs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing content, specifically video and statics for paid media. Has erased the need to search endless folders on my computer for the one asset I'm looking for.
Excellent photo management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for photo management and photo collection that I use almost daily. Also great for sharing photos and files when requested by outside entitites. Customer service has been excellent and new features that have been rolled out have all improved the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few dislikes, the tool works very well for me. Occasionally, content collection from outside sources can take some explaining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collection and distribution of assets.
Great for housing large amounts of assets to be easily viewed.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organize all of our assets with the boards is extremely helpful; also being able to tag individual assets helps us organize even more. It's very easy to quickly access something we're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking for a specific asset in a parent board, it would be nice if you could see the individual assets, as well as the sub-boards within that parent board. Would be easier to search for things if you don't remember exactly where it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My whole team can easily access all of our assets in one place. So we don't need to constantly be asking each other the status of assets, where they are, how to find them, etc. which is great!
Easy To Use, Great For Growing Businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
The tagging feature on AIR makes finding assets super easy. Before, we were just using Google Drive. Now, if I need to find images and video, I just search and everything I need shows up right away!
What do you dislike about the product?
Suggested tags on upload may help more people tag their content - the search function is only as good as the tags added!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With many products offered on our DTC site, and new content always being created, it was hard to dig through Google Drive folders. I would spend hours a month doing this. Air provides a place for me to find everything I need, very easily. The tagging function has been immensely helpful for our brand. If I need to find a specific SKU, I just simply search and see the dozens of assets that match it. It's excellent.
Loving Air So Far!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to upload documents and organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches and is difficult to use when that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not have a designated place for content. I love having one website that the whole company can use.
