Air is much more convenient than competing content organizing platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organize company content through both tagging and folders. Also, love the feature to transfer photos from Dropbox to Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot longer to upload raw photo content and videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all the photos our business has from over the years, it's been nice to find the photos based on the year, tags you've set, or even folder that it was put in. The search box is a lot more accurate than competing content organizers.
AIR is the best software in the market to manage photos, or any asset for that matter.
What do you like best about the product?
My favoirite thing about air is that is fairly easy to learn within any department. Its organization capabilities are also incredble.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I dislike about air. In the company I work for, we have tried several different services for photo management. Air by far has been the best one yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps our team with photo inventory, organization, and external sharing. All in one software.
An intuitive visual media browser with clear product investment & growth
What do you like best about the product?
I can upload, find, organize, and share visual content with ease within Air's intuitive, clean UI. I also like that I can upload all media types including images and video.
In the year that I've been a user of Air, I've seen multiple improvements and feature launches that have made my experience better and my projects more efficient. One example of this is the desktop-side app for Mac, Air Flow, that allows you to view and manage content within Finder without having to make the entire Air library 'local' to your hard drive. I wasn't able to see thumbnail previews within Finder with the previous version of the app, but I am able to now and it's a game changer for me in the way that I use Air. Bravo to the Air team!

What do you dislike about the product?
Another feature I would like to see improvement on is the ability to mass-select content within the browser app in order to tag or re-organize it. For example, I sorted our asset library by resolution in order to tag all high-resolution images as being print-ready. We had several thousand images that met this criteria and I was only able to tag about 100 images at a time due to the speed of the browser application.

Aggregating and organizing assets across different brands and product lines, as well as between multiple stakeholders who both create and use these assets

I find Air really useful as a videographer. I can store all of my b-roll online and access it anywhere on any device which is super helpful. Great product!

Not much. I can't really think of anything I dislike. It is a great product that consistently works for me and my team.

It is allowing my team and me to access all of our video footage without having to download things or share drives.

their customer service is top notch!! whenever we have encountered an issue they react extreamly quickly. love the features and how it supports our creative team

It's smaller than some of the big cloud storage companies but they make it worth it in every aspect

Easy to use organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that AIr is constantly updating and keeping up with the needs of its customers! It makes for a dynamic experience, but the base always stays the same. The folder system is a great way to share with clients. The capacity is wonderful for graphics and videos. My team uses it every day internally and we share links out with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone knows what Air is, so we do have to explain to clients sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has greatly streamlined our assets and has made it easier to share with the client. No clunky Dropbox requirements or issues. With Air, we have made our jobs easier and in that made our customers happy.
Helpful Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been a great help with hosting videos for my basketball skills training business. I'm able to organize it in such a way to increase my work flow as my editors can easily access videos to edit, and move the content around in pipeline folders I've created.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some difficulty with using the app on our phones, and resort to using the web page on our phones instead for uploading/downloading.

It's helping to host videos for editing, and transferring between my team.
Affordable and Easy to Use CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Air has all the features needed to store, share, comment, track, etc digital assets but at a fraction of the cost of other cloud DAM options. I also really like how visual Air is and that items aren't tucked away in a folder.
So far, it seems to be very customizable to our business's needs. We can add custom fields that help us track our unique workflows. One of the issues we had been running into is remembering where an image had been used. I created a custom field to help us mark where each image has been used and that's helped tremendously.

What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Canva isn't as good as I'd hoped it would be. It technically integrates but it feels clunky. I also haven't found a way to integrate the video files I've uploaded to Air to be accessible on Canva.
It'd be helpful to get email alerts when a file is uploaded or at least to be able to select to be alerted about files being uploaded to certain boards. Perhaps that feature exists and I just haven't figured that out yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously storing assets in a variety of places and didn't have just one central location to store and share assets. Plus, finding an asset that we wanted to use would take a signficant amount of time searching. This has helped solve both issues.
Love air! SO easy to use and share
What do you like best about the product?
The tagging features have cut down our time searcing for photos in half... maybe even 75%... it's also an amazing way to share assets with contractors without them needing to sort through millions of folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything I dislike just yet, I'm not in it EVERY day but when I am it's very easy to use.

Saves us so much time storing assets, distributing assets, and keeping our content organized.
