The perfect solution for image collaboration and organization
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and intutive. I've tried many programs to organize and collaborate on images and this is by far the best one. The customer service/chat is excellent. You talk to real people when you have a question and it is so easy to get an answer right away. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a remote way to view, select, make notes, etc on images.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far only one downside (which I have told their support and they are working on it!!) - when you move an image to a new board it removes the comments. However, when you move it back to the original board it restores the comments, so it does not truly delete anything :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great way to share images with my retouchers and colloborate with them remotely. It is also an excellent way to stay organized with use of tags, sub boards, etc. You can assign tasks within each image as well.
Night & Day vs. Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Air's smart search, visual interface, and custom fields are game-changing for managing assets vs. something like Dropbox! Air empowers cross-functional teams to easily find assets for ad creation, decks, partners, etc and the sharing functionality entirely replaces using a 3rd party tool like WeTransfer for larger folders of assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Relatively minor, but hoping that the Saved Filter functionality gets added to Boards so Boards can be auto-populate with new assets based on the selected custom field(s) [ex. Campaign Field: Holiday 2023].
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing years worth of assets and empowering team members to access them without navigating endless sub-folders or clunky searches in Dropbox or bothering Creative Team members.
Wonderful Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like Airs Clear UI and visual simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful thing is the inablity to open content in a new window via a shortcut or right click. When trying to compare various assets in differnt locations this becomes difficult.

Great Software for Organization within a fast paced company
What do you like best about the product?
Air really helps us keep tabs on all our current and pending work, it is easy to share assets and also connect Air to shopify. It was very easy to implement air into our current workflow. I also know my coworker loved meeting with Air's customer support representatives. We now use air for all our creative assets, and it has become part of our daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could look up multiple tags at once without excluding exact matches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes it a lot easier for us to managae and look up images. We use a NAS system to maintain all our assets, but it was becoming hard to find products within model images customers were asking for. This has cut our work in half.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to share files internally and externally at my company. It's a secure way to store and share assets. I also like how easy it is to stay organized and search for files within sub-boards. When my company was implementing Air, we had great support form our representative. She was there any time we needed help and whenever an issue came up, she was quick to pass it on to the technical team.
What do you dislike about the product?
They offered to give an Amazon gift card for my review and never did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the problem managing our digital assets internall and externally. It really helps when it comes to sharing assets with external clients. It's secure and helps us separate our confidential internal assets from what we share publicly.

It took some time to learn their terms for things in the UI.

Great for Organizing and Preserving Assets for Non Profits
What do you like best about the product?
I am new in role and stepped into a mess of digital assets I was tasked to organize. The company decided to purchase Air as a way to organize and preserve assets for the future. It's been easy to use and easy to share assets with all stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Links that are embedded in documents no longer work when the document is uploaded to Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we pursue grants related to archiving and preservation, Air provides a system to illustrate that we have begun that process.

Big upgrade for a fashion brand from Drive/Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes it easy to use cross functionally as a founder. I send my staff there and they are able to easily see all the assets we have to use in whatever way they need - its easy to navigate and download etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be easier to download and send links, vs creating a link and sending it off - downloading should be "default"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Google Drive and Dropbox both are very difficult to navigate and use. Air makes it easy to be organized - and the pictures are big so you dont need to click into folders to save time. That adds up A LOT especially in an industry like apparel where all that matters is the image.
AIR IS AN AMAZING TOOL I USE DAILY
What do you like best about the product?
Air's interface is the smoothest most simple thing. It flows and enables me to get my work done efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Air. I had previously disliked having to do a few extra clicks to share links but they have solved this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transfering large files smoothly to clients.
