Great overall experience and easy to share assets.
What do you like best about the product?
I think it is robust but also has the ability to be simplistic to be a cross functional tool for an organization. It works for a spectrum of industries and experience levels and is easy to adopt. The customer support team has always been super easy to work with, quick to answer and always working to understand the needs of clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features in other DAM applications and systems that do run a little more seamlessly and some features that are not available at this time but I do know they are continually working to develop and stay competetive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my assets together - allows me to create groups and links while being very visual for my ream and myself to quickly view and assess the files.

What I appreciate most about Air is its intuitive and efficient management of media assets. The platform's 'Smart Search' feature, which functions like a search engine for creative content, significantly streamlines finding and organizing media. Its visual workspace is also impressive, providing a polished and practical interface that enhances brand representation and content organization. This combination of intelligent search capabilities and a user-friendly interface makes Air an exceptional tool for creative teams, greatly simplifying the management and utilization of diverse media assets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and Accessibility: Air offers a streamlined way to organize and access media assets. This is especially beneficial for content teams that need to manage a large volume of media files. The platform's visual workspace and smart search capabilities make finding and organizing content easier, reducing the time spent on searching for specific assets.
Air is a great medium between designers and clients
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy to use, collaborative space that acts as a "catch-all" bin for clients and designers to add and organize assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be some asynchronicity issues, where myself and team members would upload assets in the cloud, but the other users wouldn't see them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as a central hub for all assets that different team members and clients can refer to when producing design deliverables. Previously we had to use a few different services, and clients had different services, and it became difficult to manage.
Best way to keep creative organized and clean
What do you like best about the product?
Having all of my clients viewable in the side bar, and being able to customize their photos, makes it so easy to navigate through them all on busy days. Air is easy to understand and there is literally no training curve for new employees making it extremely easy to implement as the standard. The search bar is wonderful and quick, way better than the many other workspaces I've used. Loading time barely exists, unlike other workspaces. It's simple to integrate with new clients. Honestly just the best option overall!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of other than I wish more of my clients used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization problem. Having all folders viewable in a drop down makes things quick. I'm constantly switching between clients and asset folders during the day and Air makes it almost comically easy.
Amazing Support & Affordable Features
What do you like best about the product?
The entire onboarding process has been simple and seamless with our current workflow, while allowing us to create more efficient processes throughout the company. The support team is always pleasant and knowledgeable, and they respond to all inquiries promptly! This is by far the most affordable, yet comprehensive DAM we have discovered, and the fact that it is highly scalable over time to grow with our company is a huge plus for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tagging feature takes quite a bit of training to really utilize the complete functionality of machine learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing, labeling, and tagging assets for easy sharing and finding for various projects.

Air makes it really easy for our remote team to align on and in a virtual workspace and share content and collaborate as well.

Would love to figure out how to use it best with customer success initiatives

Sharing digital assets with team and vendors for our menus and trainings.
Workflow Upgrade!
What do you like best about the product?
Air has really leveled up the efficency of our marketing team's workflow. We went from trying to find all of our videos in a messy google drive to a easy, more visual workflow in Air. It has become the best way for us all to share ideas, creatives, and any other important resources we need!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike about air other than some of the little details on renaming folders, etc. Not enough for me to even complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the disorganization of ads. We used to struggle to find all of our creatives in one place but Air makes it easy to locate our assets and discuss what we want to create on a weekly basis.
Strong start and heading in the right direction!
What do you like best about the product?
Great asset management, clean interface, improves sharing and organization. Great auto-tagging and searchability. Customer Support was the best I've experienced on any platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still growing and improving, some features need further development. ie: no ability to set a focal point when exporting assets to different formats, tags are a bit challenging to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of all of our assets, no more hunting between dropbox folders, GDrive, etc. Better sharability of assets across the organization and externally.
Easy and Efficient Image Management
What do you like best about the product?
Air provides an amazing one-stop-shop for our company to store and organize image files. The customized tagging feature allows us to easily and quickly find images that might otherwise take forever with a typical drive-folder structure. We also heavily use the commenting and versioning features to collaborate with team members and track image updates. It's the perfect tool for effective image management!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes! They welcome customer feedback and ideas, and are committed to improving existing features and rolling out new features. Customer support is also very responsive when we have questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is working on a more robust search feature, which will allow it to pull from different fields and include symbols. This will help our team members who aren't as familiar with the platform and the "tips and tricks" our daily users know.
Feel like I've been waiting on this tool my whole life
What do you like best about the product?
it's a visual, easy to navigate, storage solution for creative assets that makes life so much easier than digging through endless folder and trying to figure out if photos, documents, contracts, and videos were all stored in the same place
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the ai tagging could be a bit better but this is something I assume will only improve with time. I also DO wish there was a solution for storing documents that aren't photo/video somewhere but I also know that kind of defeats the purpose. Would just make it easier to have a one-stop storage solution
