Modern, user-friendly tool that is always improving
What do you like best about the product?
Modern UI, great customer support, easy team access and permissions,

Some elements aren't the most intuitive/follow other asset management best practices

Storing all creative and brand assets, managing permissions and usage rights of assets, easy sharing of assets
Great Tool but it can be improved
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly; I find myself using it every day, and I quickly became familiar with its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to open different tabs with the images you select and when you go to preview an image and then return to the search, it takes you back to the beginning of the page and doesn't resume your search where you left off

The ability to have all my files organized effectively regardless of their size.
Air for large company asset management
What do you like best about the product?
Air is so easy to use! Its been a lifesaver for storing files across multiple designers on a large team.

User interface is sometimes glitchy and difficult to understand at first.

Air helps with managing all digital assets for my company and makes it easy to access files across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to assets and organized files. Stacking feature is nice.

I don't have any issues or dislikes about AIR.

Modern Creative Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Centering the asset as the source of truth was the aspect that initially drew me to Air. This, combined with the ability to add an asset to multiple boards, makes updating asset versions simple—any board with that asset will automatically be updated to prevent outdated versions from continuing to be pulled. There is lots of flexibility around creating and organization and tagging system that works for your team's needs, and they are always making updates and improving the system as well.
A small detail that I enjoy is the "expand nested items" button, which allows users to organize things with boards (this feels familiar to them when coming from folder-based systems) while still enabling other users to see everything at once instead of jumping in and out of different folders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like many content systems, the search effectiveness highly depends on how well content creators have organized, tagged, or named assets. Technically migrating the content was simple, but getting the teams all utilizing it in a systematic way is a change management process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps organize assets and make them accessible across teams. This promotes discoverability and utilization of existing assets instead of always defaulting to creating new, which saves time and increases the value of the time investment in creating the original assets.
Infinitely more user friendly than legacy CMS tools
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI, user-friendly, easy for any stakeholder at the company to access and navigate, great customer support, integration was easy thanks to their team's assistance
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI features worked better, I don't find the auto-tagging very helpful.

Easy way to build a library of content for anyone at the company to access.

Really easy to use and a very intuitive user face which makes it great for using across a large organization and sharing with external parties.

Often glitches and is down! But won't necessarily say that it's down

Excellent DAM for Creative Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize libraries helps us to control access of creative content. We love the content collection form as it's a huge plus without depending on tools such as wetransfer, drive, and dropbox. I love the smart ai tagging and the search feature in Air because I can find things quicker than ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the asset preview doesn't show up and I have to refresh a couple of times to see it. I would like to see more native preview support for many more design specific files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our digital assets. It's giving us a library of assets where we can reference to rather than relying on physical servers or cloud systems that are not tailored for creative needs.

Way better than G Drive, plus an amazing team
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes it infinitely easier to find creative assets and not bother team members for links. The search functionality is insanely reliable and since using Air, I haven't bothered anyone on the design team for asset links.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike right now about Air.

Air makes it easier to find brand files — logos, photography, PDFs — without bother team members for links.
