Effective and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to share images with anyone who needs to download PDP or Lifestyle images. Sending a link where they can download the image works like a charm! It both saves me time and download space on my computer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is not much to not like! Air has changed the game for us in sharing assets with external teams!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending images from business to accounts and reps.
Great search features and storage capacity!
What do you like best about the product?
The search features in Air are top notch. It detects subjects in images very well which makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. I also really like how easy it was to sync to my old Dropbox account and merge those images and videos into Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is nit-picky, but I wish I could copy an image in Air and paste it somewhere, vs. having to download images anytime I want to add them to a document or presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps our creative team upload and organize content, such as high-resolution images as well as social media videos and shots.
Great tool for client deliverables, not perfect, but almost
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for my clients to review and search for their content, great for organizing client deliveries by using boards and intuitive for searching and finding the right video clip or social media piece delivered. Has some room for improvements tho, there is no integration with editing tools, a functional mobile app, and I've had some issues with reliability, so a solid 8 out of 10
What do you dislike about the product?
Had a few issies with reliability, client not able to access their deliverables is embarrasing and frustrating, only happened twice, but that is twice too many time. I also wish there was a mobile app that allows my clients to quickly download their deliverables to their phones in high quality to post immediatly on social media, the web browser feature is not very intuitive on mobile devices (works great on desktops and laptops tho) and PLEASE integrate commenting with Davinci Resolve, we need to be able to import comments made by the client into the editing software for better integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client visual files delivery
The best I've used, but I don't manage photos.
What do you like best about the product?
I think the way the photos are displayed makes it very easy to browse. My use tends to be needing to find a photo of a specific product or setting and if the photos are organized properly my experience of finding what I'm looking for is pretty simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the aspects like the stacking versions or the way making boards inside of boards works can be a bit confusing to me but that's just because I don't really do that often. I am more of the end-user in this case instead of a library manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a ton of photos of products and settings that a lot of people need. These photos need to be approved and managed by a singular creative source to be sure they meet creative and copy compliance while still being accessible to the whole team.
Waiting for desktop app
What do you like best about the product?
I like Air's clean interface and version stacking function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm waiting for a flawless desktop app to be rolled out so that I can integrate with finder menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Old files are overwritten so they don't accidentally get used.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using tags to be able to find what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is not a log to see what tags were used by specific departments

I am able to quickly find assets I need for the campaigns that I'm wokring on.
Great Platform for Content Sharing, Could Use Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share files easily and organize to different folders and subfolders.
What do you dislike about the product?
When selecting files to upload, sometimes it doesn't loadl properly. Also when renaming files, sometimes it doesn't change even though it says it has been renamed. Not sure if it's because I am using air on my phone and computer at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized data storage for working with different teams and organizations internally and externally.
A great solution for creatives!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to preview files and share them with clients in an easily accessible way! I have been using Air for a few years now and love how easy it is to keep track of files for production uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was an Air mobile app. The upload process also has a few clicks, rather than drag and drop, which you have to specify for clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a video production agency, so the ability to share files with clients, for them to leave comments, access many different files and sort them by episode is crucial.
Great platform for holding and sharing company assets
What do you like best about the product?
We switched from Google Drive because we needed something easier to use with our thousands of assets. I love that it's easy to search and the AI cataloging is so helpful. It was also easy to get everything moved from Drive into Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like Drive, the folder system can get a bit tough to sort through once it's heavy with assets, but I think that's just par for the course when you have a lot of assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us hold and catalog all our company assets for marketing and other use.

The filter button is not in plain sight.

Air works well as a central place to share brand assets with my team members, and I like the ability to leave comments right on the assets for shared visibility.
