Great free tools available
What do you like best about the product?
Some platforms make the free version of their software almost unusable, but Air has allowed us to store our photography assets easily within reasonable limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a storage limit on the plan I'm on, but I do think it's reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us an easy way to store and see photos

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much just the free tier provides. It gives me the functionality I need and will easily scale when the time is right.

Honestly nothing that I can think of. It's met my needs.

I need a way to manage all of my digital assets. I don't have time to tag everything so I'm doing it on the fly. Air's AI works great to help me find pics I know exist and then tag them afterwards.
Easiest to use DAM
What do you like best about the product?
Air isn't just for better organization and tagging of assets, it also allows for really easy review and feedback on created assets, which is huge. At other jobs, we've had to use a different software to get time-coded feedback on videos, but Air puts it all into one place. It also plays back high quality and shows photos in a truer quality versus compressed, which is huge. Air is extremely user-friendly with little to no learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an alternative navigation of folders similar to G Drive, but that's a personal navigation preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital asset management, and Air simplifies and makes it so easy and natural to organize. It goes beyond simple management, it has an integrated review flow which is huge.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple design, easy to navigate, and the price point (free!)
What do you dislike about the product?
The folder structure and adding new videos is just a tad clumsy - asking me where I want to put my footage when I'm dropping it right in the folder I want it in seems like an unneccesary step. But other than that i have no complaints.

Air is a great way to send videos to my clients for their review.

What do you like best about the product?
Air's standout feature is its ease of use and intuitive navigation. The ability to seamlessly share essentially a 'drive' with external contractors is a game-changer, and I find myself using it constantly. I also rely on the content collection tool for gathering UGC, which has been incredibly efficient. Air has become an essential part of my daily workflow, completely replacing Google Drive for me. Compared to Air, Google Drive feels clunky and outdated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real complaints about Air. While some might say it's just a more polished version of Google Drive, for me and my team, it's absolutely worth it!

Air helps me easily get content/resources to contractors and affiliates.
Great for organising- using for Multiple Franchises
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Air was easy to implement with our staff; it is easy to upload and easy for others to download while keeping assets secure and safe with password-protected links.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we had more seats where others could joing the platform but with restricted access. We use password-protected links, all housed on one site. If we could house those links in Air somewhere and share a link to that, it would be great. However, it doesn't require a seat, so that would be ideal.

I have been using air for years
What do you like best about the product?
Air UI is beautiful. Clients love scrolling through their pictures and easily downloading.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its perfect. I can not say anything i dont like about air.

easy access to content and sedning folders to clients to download their special moments
All the essentials, none of the fluff

Very clean UI, good folder structure, good sharing permissions for people in and out of the organization, good image download options, incredible live support

Would love to have Air in my finder, but unfortunately refuses to work for me.

Downsides are the inability to share assets without adding it to a board or uploading it to air

Great for our Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
AIR is easy for us to use as a small business. We're able to use easily in collaboration with CANVA which is a game changer. We also are able to share links with Brand Ambassadors to collect content quicker and seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for it to have an APP for our phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out Brand Ambassadors are able to. upload quickly and easily to share with us to use their UGC. We're able tag products and details in each picture for ease of finding and using each picture.
