Great tool for sharing images, videos and other content
What do you like best about the product?
The Building Industry Association of Washington has been using Air for a little over a year. We love how easy it is to share images with each other and with staff from our 14 local associations. We also use Air for social media approval. We love how it integrates with other platforms like Slack so approval is easy and seamless. It's also easy to organize media by category so people can find things quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I don't like about Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes social media approval easy and quick. We also like the ability to share photos and videos with our colleagues and to give them easy access to upload content for us as well. Finally, we like how it integrates with Slack.
Visual, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Air has a lot of intuitive features that reduce friction—such as remembering the last place I was when I reload the page. I'm a huge fan of adding work to boards without having a ridiculous amount of uploads. Visually, it's also a great program and the upload + navigation speed is pleasantly fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a lot of issues with the computer app when we first started using Air in early 2023. I still don't use the desktop app because of it, so I can't say if it's good or not.

Nothing. The workflow is perfect, just what I need.

Love using Air to send organized files to clients
What do you like best about the product?
As a designer at a marketing agency, I use Air daily to organize my files and send folders to clients. My favourite thing about using Air is the ease of use when sharing large files with clients. It's helpful that I can keep my files organized internally but choose to share just specific folders to clients. As an agency, we also LOVE using the file request folder as it's very handy to get files uploaded right into our organizational system,.
I also find it extremely useful that you get a notification when someone has viewed a file. I'll send files to clients and don't have to follow-up because I can see when they've opened and downloaded.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any at the moment. It's very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my company stay more organized when getting large files from clients. I love that we can create a file request folder for people to upload into, and it's very for them to use as well. Big bonus that they don't need an Air account to do so.

Air Makes It Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Air has made photo collabing an absolute breeze for our team. I used it at a company prior to the one I'm at now, and thank goodness my current employer ALSO swears by it. We are able to seamlessly share media (a LOT of it) with one another, tag, save alt text, etc. I'm on it everyday, multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding portrait vs landscape photos, but there's probably a way to find this I just don't know it.

Share media with the team, tagging, saving alt text, sorting photos.
Air has streamlined our process and opened up opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
Air has helped organize our photos and made searching photos easy for the entire agency. We had over 10,000 images stored on our server, and we used a ton of storage, so we had to know exactly where the photo was located. This has made so many images accessible to everyone at the agency and to our clients. Also has been a great resource to share libraries with clients and deliver assets to media partners in an organized fashion. It is so easy to use and the customer service is next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the AI tagging. Sometimes the tags are just not applicable. I also wish we could have fields that cannot been seen on other clients boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved hours of time - we used to search on the server for images. Sometimes like a needle in a haystack. We have looked for years for a good DAM system and this checks off all the boxes.
Game changer for my team
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of collaboration with my team members. We use this tool on a daily basis and getting everyone intergrated was a breeze. Sending files to individuals outside of our team/organization is extremely easy and useful and customer support was extremely helpful when we were onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Items that are archieved can still be pulled up in the search. There are items I do not want to delete but also dont want to be pulled up as an option for use when searched.

Having one place to organize all our our digital assets and send them out to others with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Air has been a game-changer for our team! It’s incredibly easy to use and wonderfully intuitive, making asset management and collaboration a breeze. The platform’s layout is clean and straightforward, which has significantly reduced our time spent searching for content. Uploading, organizing, and sharing assets has never been easier, and the built-in tagging and search functions are top-notch. Plus, the seamless integration with our workflow means we can quickly find exactly what we need and share it across channels without any hassle. Highly recommend Air for any team looking to streamline their creative process!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's honestly amazing. The free library version is small, we use both free and paid versions for different brands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving several key problems for us, especially when it comes to organizing and managing our digital assets. Before, we spent a lot of time searching for content across different platforms, which slowed down our workflow and made it challenging to ensure everyone had access to the latest materials.
Perfext
What do you like best about the product?
Perfect comment system, as a video editor I upload my works here, so it's pretty useful as it let's my do my job more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I encountered a bug where it didn't let me do anything and Air was freezed up, but the next day I used Air the bug dissapeared forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simply makes work more efficient for me, it's a good tool to store videos (video advertisements), send them to others, fixing these videos using Air's comment system and then sending to clients.
