Best sharing platform I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to share and organise as well as the high quality when viewing on air.
What do you dislike about the product?
The commenting feature on assets could be better, I prefer the way frame.io does it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files with people around the world, receiving footage from content creators which stays in that same high quality as when uploaded.
One of the best tool to Manage Assets
What do you like best about the product?
It is very handy and cleaner User Experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had an App. Also The sidebar should have revamped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So, I have different Work stations (Devices). Sometimes I work on my iPad and somtime on my mac. And I design there and where to save? Just because of Air, I left google drive and started using Air. So I can upload asset from any device. And for sending to vendor it is great
Easy to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to upload files and create folders and subfolders to stay organized. I like how the interface is clean and shows thumbnails so you can see at a glance what is inside. It's easy to navigate through folders too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Submit" button in the content collection feature is easy to miss. We sometimes have clients who think they have uploaded their files but forgot to press Submit so we don't get the content we requested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our visual assets organized and being able to share them with our clients.
An excellent tool for its purpose! Great quality and speed, plus fantastic features for organization

The app offers high-quality, fast image uploads and exports, making it super easy to handle visual assets without any hassle. One of its best features is the organization system, which lets you categorize and search through images effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature that could make it even better would be automated tagging to identify elements within images—this would save even more time and make the search functionality incredibly powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our assets centralized in one place with easy upload and export capabilities.
It's a DAM. It does DAM stuff. And they're cheaper (for now), so that's nice.
What do you like best about the product?
Air does what I need from a DAM. Great. I can organize assets, track usage details, and provide final assets for partners. There we go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Settings for sharing assets externally with partners are unintuitive for some folks, and not reliably legible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is where we keep our creative assets. It does the job. Da-lightful.
Air is almost there, not quite.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great place to store massive amounts of information and images. I like the design of the platform and how easy it is to add new folders and create seamless organization processes. It's easy to use and I do use it frequently. It's been easy to use for our entire team and to have new people learn about air, so easy implementation. I have no experience with customer support. And nothing to add about ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of bugs that make it difficult to use the organization processes. One of them is sometimes the search feature does not work. Or, it will load up the folder or whatever I search up for, but then when I go to click on it, it will load everything that is inside air. There are also sometimes duplicate folders which leaves me in a weird spot becuase I don't want to delete one of the "duplicates" because every time I click on it, it selects both. I also wish there was a way to not let certain folders be deleted completely. We no longer use air on our desktops/in finder because someone accidentally deleted a lot of information, and I'm not sure how much of that was recoverable. Some way to solve that issue would be helpful.

Organzation of all of our projects and making sure everything is in the right place.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the tagging system. Makes it very easy to find things.

I wish there was a way to upload tags by .csv without being on enterprise.

Easy To Use (Game Changer!)
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing creatives made easy, super quick for us to preview content without having to click on them
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish AIR folder allows direct import of dropbox without having an account (similar to google's "shared drive")

Organizing creatives and streamlining our creative ops
Great for a small team
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to organize our images into their respective groups. The tagging feature, while a little tedious to set up, is great for finding images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their Mac app isn't very good, so every time I need an image, I need to log onto their website and re-download it.

As a remote team, we needed an easy way to share images.
Simple, Clean Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love the cleanliness of the site, how easy it is to share assets as well as request assets.

Seems a bit pricey, especially as you add users.
