I'm a graphic designer and use Air on a daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
as a designer it is so helpful having all high resolution files in one place. I also love the feature of sending links to external collaborators, it is so useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it is hard to be organized inside the app and things can get messy real quick. however I feel like the platform gives you the necessary features to help, but research could be optimized in order to find files faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lack of storage space in other platforms. we use really heavy high-res files.
A Game-Changer for Creative Collaboration: How Thursday Found Its Flow with AIR
What do you like best about the product?
At Thursday, speed, creativity, and clarity are non-negotiables and AIR has become the cornerstone of our creative operations. As a modern alternative to Dropbox, AIR doesn’t just store assets; it transforms how teams organise, collaborate, and move ideas forward.
From day one, AIR impressed us with its beautifully simple interface and lightning-fast media search. We no longer lose time digging through endless folders, everything is visual, tagged, and intuitively organized. Version control, stakeholder comments, and team feedback all live directly alongside our assets, which has dramatically reduced approval times and email chains.
For a brand like Thursday, which thrives on agility and consistent creative output, AIR has been transformative. Our marketing and content teams now work in lockstep, even across time zones. We use AIR to house all our social, campaign, and ad creative streamlining how ideas go from concept to launch. It’s like having a creative command center built for the way modern teams actually work.
The integration with tools like Slack, Figma, and Notion sealed the deal, AIR doesn’t try to replace the stack; it elevates it.
Simply put, AIR has helped Thursday scale faster, launch smarter, and stay visually aligned at every turn. If you're a brand, agency, or team that values clarity and creativity, AIR is a no-brainer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. It's brilliant. So nothing from our side here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AIR solves the mess of managing creative assets by replacing cluttered folders and scattered feedback with a clean, visual workspace. It makes it easy to find, organize, and collaborate on content—all in one place. Teams can tag, comment, and approve assets right where they live, cutting down on email chains and speeding up production. Think of it as your creative HQ: faster than Dropbox, smarter than Drive, and designed for the way modern teams actually work.
Great Price - Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
Their price point is unbeatable and is perfect for nonprofits. It doesn't skip on key features either.
What do you dislike about the product?
While additional users can get pricey, their link sharing feature is a great workaround for sharing content with people who don't necessarily need to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Photo and videography library and organization
I Absolutely Love It!
What do you like best about the product?
I use it for our church photos and videos! It is so much easier than trying to go through an app like google drive. The "folder" system is perfect and the ability to search for things is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I feel like Air lacks is Facial Recognition. They have recently added it to the upper pricing tiers, but I don't feel like it's worth paying significantly more to have in my situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows multiple team members to upload photos & videos. It also gives families in our church to opportunity to download photos for their own personal use.
Great Organization abilities
What do you like best about the product?
Air is very easy to use, and has some amazing organization features such as tagging. this makes it really easy to categorize footage or content youre looking for based off the tag or tags it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not sure if this is internet speed related since I have tested it on multiple different internet speed ranging up to 10 gigabyte wires connection, but the upload speed of air is quite slow. especially when moving long or multiple files it can take quite some time, the fastest upload speed ive been able to get from air was around 15mb/s which imo is still very low
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes it easier to work with the team i collaborate with in other parts of the world. We have some time differences as much as 16 hours, and it makes it easy having a single platform to collaborate as opposed to sending links to emails.
Visually appealing and great for team file organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to organize and browse files, especially with the ability to assign images to folders - it makes navigation much more intuitive. The platform is visually pleasing and offers multiple viewing options like gallery and table, which adds flexibility depending on what you're working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
File names sometimes getting cut off can be frustrating. Important details that differentiate files are often at the end, so having to click into each one to see the full name slows things down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes it easier to store, organize, and visually browse shared files across a team. By allowing image-based folder representation and offering multiple view options, it simplifies file discovery and collaboration, saving time and reducing confusion when managing lots of visual assets.
Easy Asset Storage and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Asset storage and organization is really easy and intuitive. Lots of great functions for collaborating across teams and on different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish was possible is that when you upload new versions on top of old assets that the shared link would automatically update to show the latest version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of different photo and video files for different departments and use them when working with different teams. For example, I work on the product team and have been using Air to file and label video files that are being turned into how-to videos by someone on another team. Air makes it very easy to execute this as I can organize assets for each step into its own sub-board and comment on each file.
Air has been great for our team and allows me to seamlessly do my job!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease with how much I can tag items that we put in our boards. I also really love the ability to stack content as well as the amount of boards we can add in
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it had the ability to recognize objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving multiple problems that we would have had with organizing our assets and having them in a clear and concise spot for people to grab.
