Effortless Content Management with Simple Drag-and-Drop
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Air makes it so easy to organize content for my clients with its drag and drop functionality. It's basically foolproof and simplifies everything. I also like that the initial setup was super easy, and it's much better than iPhoto shared albums and Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little hard to figure out how to make a box at first because there were so many premade. I wish there was an iPhone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps me organize content for my clients easily by allowing me to categorize different products and styles. It makes finding content quick and straightforward, improving my efficiency in managing social media for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Air very easy to navigate and upload files. It's actually easier than Canva and one of the most simplistic platforms I've come across, which makes things very easy, especially when uploading files and organizing assets. Its straightforward nature makes sharing files a breeze. The initial setup was painless and so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. It is the most straightforward asset uploading/organizing & sharing platform I have ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Air simplifies sharing and organizing files, making it easy to navigate and upload assets for Wolf and Badger. It's more straightforward than Canva, enhancing efficiency in listing and marketing tasks.
User-Friendly Digital Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Air because it's simple and very user-friendly. With a lot of digital asset companies and programs, there are so many features that it clouds the ability to know how to do just simple things. Air allows me to drag and drop, reorder, and it makes everything super user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that gets a little bit frustrating is when you bring in a new folder, you have to reorder and re-alphabetize. The alphabetize feature doesn't show by default when you click on that collection.

I like the user interface of Air; it feels accessible and easy to search. I appreciate that Air is less gatekeepy than Dropbox and others. Air doesn't hide its folders, making everything easy to see.

I think sometimes I can't go to the homepage without going another way.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easier and less time consuming to access photos from my archives.

The search results are too large. For instance, if you search "oranges" it comes up with everything that has any orange in it.

Inserting photos from my archive into my new Substack. Without Air, it would take way too. much times.

I like that I'm able to use Air both internally and externally because it's a tool for our internal needs, and we don't need a separate software to interact with partners. It's pretty user-friendly.

The search feature is not my favorite. You have to know the exact title or assets can be hard to find.
