Great platform for asset management
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Air for a few months and I really love it. It has enabled my small team to organize our digital assets in a very easy and intuitive way. So much better than Google Drive. I love the ease of use and sharing. Tagging and organizing files works great. I love that you can add files to different boards without creating duplicate files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, no downside for us so far at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing digital assets, primarily video and image files, in a very easy to use way. It enables us to share specific files with vendors and collaborators without copying files.
Absolutely love Air!!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used quite a few asset management softwares in the past and Air is hands-down the best one for creatives. The custom fields and filters make it super easy to organize and find assets. Adding a field for whether something has been approved or not has been game-changing to the way my team works. The version feature is fantastic and makes it super easy to flip back and forth between versions. The desktop app is great too, and saves a significant amount of time by not requiring the upload/download of every file individually. And the share links are very handy for sharing files with external people. The customer service team is super helpful too and is always quick to answer any questions I have. I also appreciate the changelog where I can see what they're working on and even suggest changes of my own. It really feels like they take their users' feedback into consideration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely wish some of the AI features were included in the pro plan, but I get it. The desktop app could use some work but I think it's still in beta mode so hopefully some of those wrinkles get sorted out! Sometimes the commenting and annotating can get glitchy, but other than that, nothing bad to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from Dropbox, Air feels like it's geared way more towards Creatives. I like that files save as new versions and aren't completely overwritten. This is especially great when working collaboratively or needing to go back to previous versions to compare. The custom fields are great, we've added an Approved/Needs Editing/To Approve custom filter which makes it super easy for the team to see at a glance what the status of an asset is, ensuring nothing goes live that isn't approved.. The Content Collection form is super easy. We used to have a group chat that team members (that aren't apart of the creative team) would send customer images to and then someone would have to upload manually. With the Content Collection form, we've been able to send that out to all employees and they can upload the images directly and also add a custom field for what the product is and include the customers review. The creative team can then use those assets for social media and easily have the customer's review to post as well! Overall, just an awesome platform that I've recommended to so many people
Easy Asset Management

Straightforward organization of assets with an ease of sharing files with internal & external parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collection of information from people who upload files (ie name, email address) could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving the problem around the organization & sharing of assets. This benefits us through keeping the wide variety of materials we make frequent use of findable & shareable very easily.
Streamlined Search and User-Friendly Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I find Air incredibly intuitive and easy to use, especially after transitioning from Google Drive. Its seamless integration and the tagging system make finding and storing files much easier. The visual element of thumbnails when searching is beneficial, making it straightforward to locate the needed assets. I appreciate the ability to favorite folders, streamlining navigation for essential files. Overall, it is more search-friendly compared to other cloud services I've used, which significantly benefits my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally find the process of sharing links a bit complicated, as it requires extra attention to ensure the correct link is shared. I also experience some difficulty in identifying and managing duplicate folders, which can lead to unintentional duplication. Additionally, I believe that incorporating AI into the search functionality could significantly enhance its capability, such as allowing more intelligent searches similar to iOS photo search, and better handling of duplicates and file organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product simplifies file searching and storage, making navigation quick and easy, especially with its visual tagging system.
Very easy to use and allows me to manage creative content efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to collaborate on a working project.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. I am enjoying using the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for back and forth messages on other platforms about creative changes needed. It also allows us to manage our assets in one place in collaboration as a team
Honest Take on Air
What do you like best about the product?
Okay, so before we started using this, our digital files were a total disaster. We had stuff scattered everywhere—Dropbox, Google Drive, and half a dozen shared folders, so it was sooo hard to find a specific photo/video that you were searching for. Before Air, we took hours just searching for things, which is very ineffective, so the thing I like about air is - it's effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the features, would be cool to see Air with all it's current functions + Asana or Trello like features for whole projects working perfectly (inside of Air, so that Air would be a replacement for these).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a disorganized and scattered file problem, the time wasted searching for files on 3-4 different file storage products like Google drive and so on.
Easy like dropbox but with the bonus of a website asset library atomically generated!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that you can use all your assets locally for your design work inside Adobe products like InDesign, but also have these same files shared on a website for all to download. Not only that, but these assets are all automatically categorised, and webpages are automatically built to view them. Perfect for sharing with Agencies and other external teams, plus it's one central source of truth. So when I add or change any assets, everyone gets the latest version. I used to have to do this manually by building a website, but then we had two versions of the assets to manage; this way, it's super quick and only one version to manage. Being the Brand manager this makes my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, download Air Flow today it Rocks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing assets across teams both internally and externally, along with using those same assets myself to produce branded material. Is made so much easier everything is just automated from my local file system, I literally don't have to do anything more it's fantastic!
Google drive but without all the hassle
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can upload a tonne of files at the same time. Some other productivity sites don't let you do that. I also love how easy it is to look through and search for specific content, the file system is really nice
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to press "submit" after uploading, thats literally the only thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Downloading multiple folders at a time and easy file management systems make it quicker for me to do my job
Streamlined Collaboration in the Cloud – A Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
It’s like Google Drive but made specifically for creatives — everything is image-first, easy to preview, and super fast to navigate. I love that I can drag-and-drop content, tag teammates, and leave contextual feedback right on assets without getting lost in a sea of folders. It feels modern and actually built for how creative teams work today.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a little time to get everyone onboarded and comfortable with tagging, boards, and versioning. Also, occasionally the platform can feel a bit slow when loading large libraries or previewing massive files, but that’s rare and usually resolves quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving the chaos of scattered creative assets and endless back-and-forth over email or Slack. Before Air, it was hard to keep track of the latest file versions, who gave feedback, or where assets were even stored. Now, everything lives in one visual, organized workspace. Version control is clear, feedback is contextual and fast, and finding assets takes seconds. It’s saved our team a ton of time, reduced confusion, and made collaboration across departments way smoother.
