Clean. Clear. Functional.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Air every day. It's very useful for sharing files, especially videos, which is what I work with most at my company. Uploading is always fast, and it's easy to share links and create folders. I really like how the folders are organized in the sidebar, and the filters are also very comprehensive when searching for specific videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that creating tags could be easier. It could be done in the same place where we put the tags, rather than in the settings. I believe this is one of the few things that I noticed could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved our problem of having all our files integrated and easily accessible.
Seemless experience for creative operations
What do you like best about the product?
The constant innovation and ease of use to anyone to be able to use. I can share boards with clients or coworkers and they will have a good understanding of how Air works in moments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many if any! Maybe some minor bugs or outages here and there but nothing major we have run into in the 3 years we have used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wasted so much time collecting, organizing, and finding creative assets and final designs. Now, we spend that time researching and creating new ideas!
Air has completely streamlined our photo management!
What do you like best about the product?
This platform makes organizing and storing images incredibly easy with intuitive folder systems. A few standout features that have been game-changers for us: I can quickly share folder links with clients for viewing or downloading, my team has easy access to everything they need, and uploading from Google Drive is seamless. I also love how effortlessly I can use my Air library directly within Canva. Overall, my workflow is faster, more efficient, and way more collaborative thanks to Air.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature is helpful, but it currently feels limited — I’d love to see it evolve with more advanced functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest benefits for us is the ability to easily search and find the exact images we need for each project, saving time and keeping our workflow on track.
Great, easy to use service for client delivery and review of visual assets.
What do you like best about the product?
My clients like it for delivery, and that probably the single best thing I could say about any of these services. It's easy to navigate and download from. Air handles a wide variety of files types, even very large PSD files. The visual nature of it comes in very handy, a common use case for my work would be to pull up an image months after the fact to compare to a current image, having the library easily available online make that a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish from my end that I could connect to Air via a third party app (like Transmit) to make uploading/downloading of mass amounts of files/data simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In progress reviews and final delivery of assets.
Intuitive and Perfect for Our In-House Media Team
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been a positive addition to our team. With thousands of photos and videos, it keeps everything organized and easy to find. This is especially powerful with multiple team members. YouTube and social media editing is much faster because of the tagging feature—it saves hours. It’s user-friendly, fast, and makes collaboration easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about. Staying up to date on the newest features and maximizing all you can do with the software is an area I'd like our team to continue to advance in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps us manage an overwhelming volume of creative assets—thousands of photos and videos—across multiple team members. It solves the chaos of scattered files and clunky folders in Google Drive. With tagging, search, and an intuitive interface, we save time, stay organized, and collaborate efficiently without digging through endless drives.
Finally, a File Sharer That Doesn't Make My Clients' Eyes Glaze Over
What do you like best about the product?
Let's be honest, sending a client a link to a folder full of files in Dropbox or Google Drive is...functional. But it's also about as inspiring as a blank spreadsheet. As a creative, I've always felt a disconnect between the work I'm proud of and the clunky way I've had to present it. That's what led me to try Air Inc., and for the most part, it's been a game-changer.
The biggest win for me has been the visual-first approach. Instead of a list of filenames, Air presents everything in a clean, Pinterest-style board. This has been a lifesaver when sharing mood boards, design concepts, or a batch of photos with clients. They can see everything at a glance, and it just looks more professional. The ability to create a custom-branded share link is a small touch, but it makes a big difference in the client experience.
When it comes to the nitty-gritty of collaboration, Air holds its own. The commenting feature, especially the ability to drop a pin on a specific part of an image or leave a time-stamped comment on a video, has cut down on so much back-and-forth. No more "in the third version of the file, at about the 15-second mark..." emails. It's all right there, on the file itself.
I was also pleasantly surprised by how well it handles large files. I frequently work with large video files, and while I've occasionally noticed a bit of lag on multi-gigabyte uploads, it's been far more reliable than other services I've used.
Overall, Air has been a fantastic tool for my business. It's made the process of sharing files and gathering feedback from clients so much smoother and more professional. If you're a creative who's tired of the "folder of files" approach, I'd definitely recommend giving it a look. It's a bit on the pricey side, but for the improvement in my client workflow, it's been worth it.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not all perfect, though. The one thing that bugs me is that the interface, while beautiful, isn't always intuitive for new users. I've had a couple of clients who were a bit confused at first and needed a little hand-holding to figure out how to leave feedback or download files. Also, while the AI-powered search is great in theory, it can be a bit hit-or-miss in practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an issue way to have clients share image and files some which are too large for email.
4 Years of use
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how user friendly it has become.
What do you dislike about the product?
My Clients struggle to download the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting my Clients their contnet at the highest quality
Air keeps it organized
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all our photos and files in easily accessible location which we can diversify with titles and folders for further organization. The Search bar is very useful feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any current downsides aside from potential space conflicts if you're uploading large amounts of videos or size intensive files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our team organized with our content and vision.
Powerful Tool for Video Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I use Air frequently with one of my largest clients and find the app to be very competitive with peers like Google Drive and Dropbox. It has integrated very easily into my work flow with a highly intuitive and responsive design.
One of my favorite features is the fact that AIR automatically generates proxies that are easily downloadable. This can be a massive time saver when dealing with high quality production hand offs.
Commenting and sharing also works very well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The scrubbing especially on thumbnails can be a bit buggy sometimes. This feature working consistently would be a game changer for quickly identifying what I need before downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing and collaborating around projects
Visually dynamic file organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Air has thumbnails that allow you to see all your files easily, much better than Dropbox. I also like how you can migrate directly from Google Drive or Dropbox. I've reached out to customer service in the past and they have been helpful with integrating asset tagging into my system of organization. I use it daily for file retrieval and it's been pretty easy to integrate into our existing systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it doesn't autopopulate with custom fields/tags when you drop a file into a subboard. Sometimes it becomes really tedious to see what's tagged and not. It's been hard to implement everything with how tedious it can get.
