Fast and Reliable, But Tagging and Search Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
upload/download speeds are fast, no crashing so far

tagging system takes a long time. search function not as good as dropbox

What do you like best about the product?
That you can organize very easily as you can add an asset to multiple boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
How visually it can be very overwhelming. And there isn't a great integration with Canva, which I would love to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a one-stop-shop for assets since we have multiple teams in different cities.
Intelligent Organization, Effective Search
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Air for almost 6 months and I find it essential for storing and sharing files from my work. I am impressed by how it is organized methodically and intelligently, which is key for my work in a retail company that requires constant use of file storage. I find the platform very easy to use, which allowed me to get started quickly thanks to the initial setup facilitated by the company. I like the AI-powered search that makes it easy to find specific items, Air's ability to recognize objects within images and videos, and the organization of changes by versions, which is very useful for keeping content well-managed. Additionally, I like the large cloud storage capacity, with several terabytes available, ensuring that I can work effectively without concerns about capacity. The secure and stable organization functionality is another reason why I would choose Air again in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the upload and download speeds to be a bit faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Air to store and share work files, which allows shared access with colleagues and real-time observations. AI facilitates efficient search and version management, improving organization and collaboration.
Effective Asset Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Air integrates seamlessly into our agency's workflow for asset management. Having used it for two years, I've found its interface quite intuitive, reminiscent of Google Drive, which allowed for a smooth setup without any significant hurdles. One of the standout features for me is the tagging system; it has significantly improved our workflow by enabling comprehensive organization and management, which isn’t as efficiently done with Google Drive. The tags make it really useful for our agency's operations, simplifying how we keep track of and organize our assets. This feature is so valuable that it's a primary reason I would consider purchasing Air again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the menu with all of the projects, folders, or boards can get a little bit cluttered, especially when I have a lot of sub-work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Air to improve workflow in asset management with comprehensive tagging, which enhances organization beyond what Google Drive offers.
Easy Sharing and Great Search, But Needs Better Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to share the link for others to add into it. And the search bar feature is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how disorganized it is, I wish they had an AI feature that catgorized the images for you.

Air is solving our collaboration issue, it is making it much more main streamed to distribute content.

More Intuitive and Efficient Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of configuration and use of Air. It is very intuitive, which made the implementation process within our company simple. Additionally, the support provided through calls helps clear up any doubts. The tool simplifies searching, making it extremely easy and efficient. I appreciate how it has improved our workflow, making it faster and more organized, without losing ease of use. The ability to organize into folders and store different versions of videos is incredibly useful, especially when working in audiovisual editing, allowing us to conduct reviews with our superiors effectively. The fact that it always works well and is easy to use for any new user is another positive aspect I value. Overall, Air offers a smooth experience that enhances our productivity and optimizes our daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that once I click on the comments, they disappear. I would like them to remain visible even after I have marked them with a checkmark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes searching simple and intuitive, improving the workflow organization in our media management company. Our operation is faster, organized, and facilitates the review of audiovisual edits by superiors.

What is most helpful about Air is the assistance that is available for you when there is an issue at hand which doesn't happen to often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything right now under than the time I had an issue with an author's deliverables and for some reason they thought they submitted their content but I did not see it on my end. It took a bit longer than I wanted for their to be a response but they did get back to me after a few days.

Quick, intuitive and enjoyable
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is friendly and elegant, the creation of folders (named boards) is very straight forward and seamless, I also really enjoy getting updates once files from specific folders are downloaded as I can track when vendors are processing orders I'm placing or my colleagues have actually interacted with documents they request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the integration of the Air App could give a more detailed tutorial to guide you through how to effectively use it and resolve naming issues when files are repeated, as a Designer having files with the same name is normal as different departments might need the same file with different specifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily organize and access files across multiple teams in different locations.
Been using Air for about 4 years now and in short, I LOVE IT!

I love the tagging feature, how easy it is to upload and download assets, and the user interface is so easy to use and figure out.

I haven't found a downside to air thus far.
