Good Sync Service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, not much to do after setup. Customer service is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are some errors. It doesn't take long to have them resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to transfer data between our ERP and our CRM.
Commercient Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service. Very knowledgable in syncing Sage 300 to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any issues yet with commercient.

This is helping our reps in the field have access to their accounts for better visability of what is going on.
Unique service offering with great customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience has been very positive. They've done a great job with syncing our ERP data into Zoho CRM, even when Zoho threw them a few curveballs (with changes on Zoho's end). They were able to navigate those changes without causing any issues on our end. Also, they have very efficient customer service - they pretty much held our hand throughout the entire process and always responded to emails promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall sync process can take a long time and there can be a lot of back and forth. I think this is really dependent on the customer and how much data you are syncing though. They are upfront though and state that it can take 8-10 weeks. As a customer, ensuring you have all your ducks in a row can help you stay within that timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were integrating a CRM into our business, but did not want to double up on data. Our ERP has all of our customer info, but is not a properly functioning CRM. So we wanted to integrate the ERP data into a CRM so that the sales team could bette track both existing customers and new customers with the overall goal of increasing sales. Additionally, it gives the marketing team more insight into customer trends and allows for more targeted marketing.

Ease To Order Entry
What do you like best about the product?
Commercient easly transfers data from Salesforce to Syspro. Data is accruate and we were able to ensure all fields are getting populated appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not currently finding any issues as we continue the use of Commercient for data transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are benefiting by efficient data transfer to eliminate overhead.
Working Perfectly
What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Commercient for over two years now and whilst initial set up was slow as we have limited resources and IT infrastructure, since implementation, it has been a breeze. Successfully passing information through from our ERP to CRM and back again. For what they do, I don't believe there is a better option on the market. Thanks Cielo and the team, your work is very much appreciated!

The set up was a little problematic but we got through it in the end.

Duplication error Salesforce/Sage 50
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use between Salesforce and Sage. Customer service support was get and helped guide me to correct the issue. Joseph Anthony Menchavez was amazing at helping me.

Help documents doesn't always explain in detail how to fix things.

Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Commercient has been stellar on the technical side as well as the customer support side when migrating our Quickbooks data to Salesforce. I've enjoyed working with the Commercient team, they've been friendly, helpful, and communicated great. I recommend you work with Commercient!

Commercient truly had no issues. Working with them was a pleasure!

Commercient is successfully syncing data from QuickBooks to Salesforce.
Syncing ERP + Salesforce = More Visibility, Cleaner Data, More Selling
What do you like best about the product?
Commercient is a "white glove" experience - the best part is that they manage the entire sync for you. Their support/engineering team is quick to respond and professional. Our Sales Team has access to more data than ever before (sales orders, shipping details, inventory/lead times, etc.) and our office staff can access almost any data from our ERP with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
We implemented our Commercient Sync in 2014. If I could go back in time, I would've made sure we took advantage of the native "parent/child relationship" functionality in Salesforce. We're lacking those relationships between some of our Sage objects and it makes managing ownership/accessibilty to records a little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commercient has allowed us to provide visibility into our ERP operations via Salesforce. Salesforce is inherently faster and easier to navigate than our cloud-based Sage 100 instance. It also allows our Sales Team to access this data on the go via the Salesforce mobile app. They would have no way to access that data otherwise!
