What do you like best about the product?
The team at Commercient was instrumental in connecting our client's ERP to CRM, a task which they executed nicely. Notably, Felix and Ricky really stood out for their exceptional service. I recommend Commercient for their ability to seamlessly connect your ERP to CRM and vice versa.

Not an amazing UX / UI in the customer portal

Flawless Sage-to-HubSpot Sync Backed by Dedicated Support

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy with which the data syncs between Sage and Hubspot is spot on! Customer service is great and once it's set up, you can basically set it and forget it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding was extensive and requires a good bit of time to perfect it but worth the effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a way to sync our custom quoting from Sage into our Hubspot CRM, and Commercient made that possible, enabling us to track closure rates and enhance our follow-up process. I was particularly impressed with the dedication and assistance from Daniel, Cliezl, Heath, and Lorenzo. While the onboarding does take some time, it ensures a flawless sync and a top-notch experience in the end. If there's ever an issue, a prompt notification is sent and their team is ready to resolve it swiftly. I would definitely recommend Commercient for their excellent service and results.

Seamless Daily Sync with Multiple Updates a Day

What do you like best about the product?
The sync is seamless with daily sync, with multiple sync a day
What do you dislike about the product?
Only when there is a glitch, which its no fault of theirs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have two ERP apps, and we were inputting data in both manually, until we came across Commercient and the manual way of doing things became a process of the past.

What do you like best about the product?
Commercient SYNC provides seamless, near real-time integration between our ERP and Salesforce, giving our team easy access to critical customer and order data. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and has greatly improved cross-department visibility and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, customizations require assistance from support instead of being done in-house. While not a major issue, having more control over sync configurations would be helpful. That said, the support team is responsive and always quick to help resolve issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commercient SYNC seamlessly connects our ERP data with Salesforce allowing our teams visibility across departments.

Long and complicated process but they stuck with us the whole time.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support has been pretty good. It has been over 2 years trying to get this to work in our system, and we are finally getting close to having it the way we need it. They have been very helpful, and haven't charged for additional support except for very specific out of scope things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the people we have dealt with are overseas and a support ticket placed today will not be addressed until at least tomorrow. Sometimes the gap in time is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is soon going to be allowing us to reduce data entry. We have to enter information in two and sometimes three systems. This allows is to do most of the work in the CRM, much of it automated, and then complete the work in the ERP.

What do you like best about the product?

I would confidently recommend Commercient for their reliable syncing solution between ERP and CRM systems, and their remarkable customer service and support.

Setup was a little complex, but still went fine. Overall not much to dislike, great application.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been a great experience working with Commercient to sync our QB data with Salesforce. They are very helpful when small issues arise and they are extremely proactive with maintaining our sync accurate and error free. We've been working with Commercient for a few years now and we look forward to continue to use their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup was a bit cumbersome and tedious but manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commercient syncs all of our customer & vendor data from Quickboks to Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, not much to do after setup. Customer service is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are some errors. It doesn't take long to have them resolved.
