The best tool for team-work!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact of having this work tool makes our team much more productive, distributing the daily tasks becomes much simpler with this incredible tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, everything seems to be good! It's a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spreading daily tasks has been made much easier with Hiver.

User friendly product with good features
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to tag and share email communication across staff, shared draft feature, ability to organize companywide emails by client or internal tags to sort for response by staff. I've never used a mailbox like this before but it's convenient for clients to only need one contact email address and then the emails to get sorted throughout the staff. It also allows for better internal communication as I can see what emails were sent to clients by other staff members without needing to ask. This avoids sending duplicates to clients and allows multiple team members to be on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs and things that could be improved upon but overall it works well. It would be helpful to be able to add tags to emails when sending instead of after it's sent, but this is only a minor annoyance that adds a bit of extra time. Also, it's difficult to keep track of messages that I'm "tagged" in by coworkers. Once I click on the notification, it disappears and it's always in the "read" box so I have lost emails a few times. It would be helpful to be able to mark a notification as unread without having to search through the read box. Or perhaps to have notifications separated between emails assigned to me and messages where I am tagged. I can't always take care of everything at one time and I dislike keeping written notes. I would prefer to be able to sort my notifications and keep them listed as unread until I'm able to take care of the notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem I have found is not actually a problem but something that take a bit of time. It requires you to access your sent items to tag to clients or coworkers. This take a little extra time to remember to go to your sent item if you'd like to add a tag to a sent email. Also, the inability to keep notification separate and the occasional notification that seems to disappear once it's clicked on. But there are many benefits. It allows for review and access of communication among staff members. It also allows for good organization of emails. I also like the ability to tag other coworkers to get input on an issue before sending an email. The shared draft is also a great benefit.
Hiver is amazing, it is A SUPER EASY to use ticketing system that integrates perfectly into GMAIL !
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration to GMAIL, I don't have to leave my current GMAIL set-up. Very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. It says what it does and I am happy with what it is doing for our business.

Having 1 integrated ticketing system that keeps staff in one place and saves time

What do you like best about the product?
See as a team what everyone is working on and if someone else has begun replying to an email received.
What do you dislike about the product?
logs me out often and doesn't visually tell you very obviously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No real problems, more cohesive working and ability for others to see and jump in where needed without struggling to find contextual issues.

Great flow of information. Prompt Notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to slow down Gmail. Cannot follow the notification link through from Slack mobile app to go to email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpdesk. General troubleshooting such as end-user login details.
Great service - all your email in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It's so much better to have all your various shared inboxes in one place. I can monitor and respond to all email whether personal, or to a team inbox without having to check lots of different places.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to search through old conversations. I'd like to more easily browse all the conversation history for a particular customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each employee in the company now has just one gmail account which they can use to check and reply to everything - whether a personal email, a customer service email in a shared inbox, etc. It's much quicker to get back to people, no more checking multiple systems, easy to assign conversations to team members.

What do you like best about the product?
I can access to every inbox from my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to enter on the google bar the code to avoid loading the results from every inbox. Aka, if I want to check a sent message I sent before, I need to go to sent folder and then write "from:me" for it to only display the ones I have personaly sent from my own inbox.

I can access to multiple inboxes from my main one

What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency and organization of the program. Joined Hiver to help organize our team and create greater accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed at times can be a bit slow at times and I do not like that the Hiver button need be pressed to access the features

Solving issues such as accountability and have been able to assign work to different members of my team as well as add notes to orders being handled

Be patient when learning the program as it takes some time to get comfortable.

What do you like best about the product?
With Hiver, all the teammates are able to work on a shared inbox which in turn saves time, and also customers are getting their issues solved in quick time. And we can assign emails to our teammates depending upon their domain of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I did not dislike anything about hiver. This is by far the best software I've used! Hiver makes work easier when we are working as a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hiver, our team is able to address the queries of the clients quickly and as a manager, I'm able to track the response time to the client emails of my team.
