What do you like best about the product?
Assigning emails to clear out my in-box, tagging and groups.

Being able to hide emails that do not pertain to me in my personal in-box.

Near Perfect solution for shared gmail mailbox

What do you like best about the product?
Email templates and the shared inbox and ability to manage email response from multiple users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a work in progress. It is useable, but still lacks some features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have utilized the shared inbox for customer service as we have hired new employees who need to send from a single address and work together to solve customer problems. The chrome extension is a fantastic tool and allows us to continue using gmail
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried a number of different gmail enhancement extensions and particularly for inbox sharing, hiver is the best.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is so easy. If you need a shared email box for any reason, Hiver is the one to go with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't really like is that you are required to keep your email in conversation view. I prefer not to use conversation view, but have had to adjust for Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be able to share an email box with another person for orders in our company is crucial. We can assign them to different users and close them out when communication for individual orders is complete. Having multiple people working on orders at the same time, from a central email box, makes a more efficient process for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hiver is simple and very user-friendly and has everything you should need for a shared mailbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Just the smoothness of being able to tag emails with different tags and then being able to search things that way. Makes my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then I have found that the searches don't always pull tagged things. It's rare... but I have had instances where I eventually did find the email I was looking for and it was indeed tagged by the unit code (one of the main things we tag emails with so we can look at all associated emails when searching) but for whatever reason, it didn't pull up in my original search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to use multiple tags.. and also make comments on things has really helped me keep things organized so that they are easier to search later.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Making sure that you go through all the different settings before you really get started so that you know where you want things to go and how you want to set up tags etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a great tool that allows you to collaborate with your teammates on an email behind the scenes without replying and forwarding responses and therefore adding unnecessary pages to your email thread.
There is also a bell that sits right at the top of your email inbox that notifies you when someone responds to you or asks a question to you in Hiver. Clicking the bell brings you straight to the email and the question at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to be connected in conversation view-not a fan at all. It makes it very hard to read emails in a thread and, in general, not user-friendly.
If we didn't have to be in conversation view-Hiver would be 100%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are that I can loop in anyone involved in an email by sending a Hiver note or assigning them to the email thread without having to forward emails in the string that pertain to each person.

Problems solved-Less emails in the thread. Less chance that emails will get lost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hiver is a great way to speak to your colleagues internally regarding an email thread and the contents of the email. You can tag anyone that you need to review the email. You can also create a shared draft to an email and get your colleague's input on the email content and verbiage.

What do you like best about the product?
I can more effectively call and save leads for follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest.
Maybe some better integration into our CRM (Zoho) as my emails show up as they are from someone else. Not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead assignments and sourcing.
I like having them saved in my own Hiver for follow ups.

Great source for inbound sales and customer service questions.

The simplicity that this ticketing system integrates with our shared mailboxes

You have to use an app on mobile devices

Shared mailbox responses and notes are now shared across the organisation

Easy to use for work, makes work easier

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Hiver's communication regarding updates and work times. The most helpful features are the ability to assign emails quickly and the comments section that is private to our team. It's also very helpful to have access to work inboxes so we can step in if someone in on vacation or away from work. The help team always responds quickly and doesn't sign off until my issue is solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hiver doesn't load on my task bar. It's happened only once or twice, and the support team gave me a solution right away, so it wasn't a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows us to quickly share information and emails, giving our customers the best support we can offer. We waste less time shuffling emails back and forth and waiting for replies because it's all available in one place.
