Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Functionality added in my existing gmail inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much of dislike as of right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpdesk related, sharing inbox with multiple people etc

It's really easy to use and you can split the emails up with the team easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason there was an issue with the verification of my email address in the beginning and we had to contact support and get on a call with them.

Multiple clients and managing their requests.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver organises our emails making navigation easy and simple
What do you dislike about the product?
There a very rare cases where some emails end up being linked to two folders. But again very rare, and not too much concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed in navigating through emails and seeing my colleagues email chains.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
May not be a hiver related item, but when labels get too big, it's difficult to see the whole label. We currently have to download another add on so we can expand the labels. Would be easier if hiver did this themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty user-friendly. Hiver reaches out in the beginning to make sure you're comfortable and understand how to use everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is Hiver doesn't always work on my iPhone super well. I will sometimes not get notified of important issues I need to take care of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to more effectively distribute work now since tasks can be assigned.

I am using Hiver for client's queries & it helped me sort queries, disputes & others properly

Essential for organizing complex projects
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has allowed my team to coordinate on PR efforts for large campaigns that require organizing and responding to many different contacts from many different media outlets. Delicate campaigns are much easier to deal with using Hiver, as our entire team can see emails and respond to them much more quickly. No more forward chains or missed messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Hiver to be more supported with certain 3rd party email clients, but that is my personal quirk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

All around impressive software
What do you like best about the product?
Makes filing and sharing emails between colleagues incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real negatives; folders can take a while to load when first shared. This can be a problem when working to deadlines or trying to find emails whilst on the phone/conference call that have just been shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a great way to collaborate as a team. When you have hiver, there is an increase in transparency throughout the team and gives you the ability to collaborate on projects or assist with emails that would otherwise go unanswered. We appreciate hiver and use it regularly.

I wish there were more features. If we could get some additional items, it would make the experience better.

We are using Hiver to work as a team daily and it allows us to tackle problems that get sent to our general inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it implemented quickly and it will help with your work as a team and in general. Would recommend to use.
Having the ability to find any email that has been generated by me or my colleague is priceless.

When a customer claims they have an email trail with another one of my colleagues, I am able to research and find the email.

You are not able to clear your emails. You can close it but it doesn't leave your list.

Best product out there to be able to communicate with your colleagues and customers.
Hiver is a must have for businesses, especially remote work.

Hiver doesnt have many downsides. But the loading times could be better
