What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can easily assign emails to coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I'm very satisfied with Hiver so I don't have any dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting multiple emails from partners and it's good that we can assign those emails to the relevant coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has allowed our sales and customer service teams to seamlessly transition accounts and action items between team members. The ability to tag other team members helps ensure everyone is on the same page, and nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take us a while to figure out how to best implement Hiver in the way that suited our company best. There are a lot of great features in Hiver, but it can take some time to figure out the best way to implement them into your procedures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver has allowed us to consistently keep track of all incoming sales and customer service inquiries as well as where they are in the process. It has greatly increased the organization of our customer communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to assign emails in different categories to different team members is very helpful for our small yet busy online business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if when I open an email that is marked as another coworkers that it marks it as read for both parties or just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver solved the problem of having too many sales reps interact with a customer. This is confusing for all parties to hear a bunch of different voices. One sales rep per customer makes it more personable and easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is very easy to use. With assistance when you need updates and troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver sometimes hides the agent status drop-down menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves my number of calls since it offers a graph.

Nothing. It's great. I haven't found anything that I dislike.

Organizational issues. It's also a great way to keep track of things at work

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allowed us to switch from one shared inbox (and all of the drawbacks this brings) to separate accounts while still being able to access all of our mail. We have upgraded the same workflow we are used to but we are now able to take advantage of everything that makes separate Google accounts so powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications system needs work. Some of my team members would like to see more filters/configuration options for what notifications actually show up. Most notably, we feel that the assigned to-notification is completely redundant.
Another QoL feature would be the ability to change the colours of the tags per user. Right now, the team inbox can have us cross-eyed at times. Switching the colours up per user would make life a lot easier for us, at least!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are taking full advantage of Google Workspace (calendar, team drive, personal e-mail) while still keeping our info@-inbox fully operational without overly complicated forwarding rules. Hiver enabled us to switch over to a scalable way of dealing with a shared support/sales inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Reasonably seamless add on to gmail without affecting the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The labels sometimes do not show up in the search bar without typing the majority of the project name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing numerous projects and sharing information across a wide team, whilst retaining access control to company-sensitive labels if required.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is extremely useful within our company - we have members working in different states and it helps us to maintain fluidity and have an understanding of business interactions that occur outside of our own designated email threads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hiver mobile app could use a little work - it would be convenient if it included email signatures and it would also be nice if there was a way to view activities and email threads in a shared screen (maybe a top and bottom split screen) to more similarly mirror the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than having to reach out to our representatives who we think may have worked with a specific client, we can easily access threads, activities, and notes relating to the client without having to go back and forth with various representatives trying to locate the information we need.

What do you like best about the product?
The setup is easy, plug-n-play. It's easy to get started
What do you dislike about the product?
- Don't send an auto-reply to system-generated messages arriving at a group inbox

- If a person has a shared inbox and a mail is sent CC to group inbox, the user doesn't get the mail in their inbox.

- Threaded messages required

- Doesn't support Gmail app, requires an additional app for group email on phone

- Nested tags not supported
