Streamlined our Ticketing System!
What do you like best about the product?
I can’t choose among these 3:
1. Automation Feature: The system automatically tags an email based on certain conditions I have set. This immediately sorts tickets for me and the team. This saves me a couple of hours per month!
2. Shared Drafts: One can create an email draft and share it with anyone in the team for review, editing and immediate sending. No more manual copying and pasting from one email to another!
3. Amazing Technical Support: I’ve contacted their chat and email support a number of times (about 7 or so) and ALWAYS they have answered in a timely manner, were friendly yet professional - and most importantly, have given correct solutions!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big deal but I would like to see the ability to attach files or images in Shared Drafts (I’ve suggested this to their support team and was told they are planning to have this feature soon – they really listen to their customers!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Hiver streamlines our ticket processes. It has saved the team a lot of time – in automation and the tagging feature. It’s a very useful tool to have if you want to have an efficient ticketing system.
Hiver for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver setup is easy. It helps us to assign work emails to team members through automated rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can be more responsive. Sometimes it hangs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is a tricky email, team members can be tagged under the notes section to discuss. The notes section serves as a history log for one to refer to.
Hiver...Useful and Convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allows me to keep tabs on current correspondence, as well as old, allowing me to 'maintain a solid grip' on my customers' specific situations and concerns...
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not certain I have an actual 'dislike' specifically @ this time...I am satisfied w/ the current performance capabilities of the Hiver platform & will continue to use it as long as it serves me well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows me to stay current w/ my customers, avoiding embarrassment and 'retracing' old info...
I love that Hiver gives the ability to transfer emails where they need to be.
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to transfer emails to the appropriate person so I don't have as much in my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I don't like about Hiver at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to hold on to the emails that I need and being able to separate to other colleagues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't have any recommendations at this time.
Great for triaging emails
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a shared inbox that helps organize emails. In addition, the tags provide great quick indications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hiver had flows to help automate Gmail a little bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having good organization with a shared inbox helps my team members and me efficiently work through our inbox.

Does not work with Whatsapp and right to left writing

assigning emails and tasks to each other.
Revolutionary to my productivity.

The reminders! This feature has saved my bacon more than I care to admit.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much.... Perhaps loading times can be a bit sluggish, but still miles better than anything else out there.

Confusion in a group inbox (AKA sales@ inbox)
Hiver has helped me manage my team emails and their responses in the best way possible.
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has helped me manage my team's responses and the response times to our clients. No email gets left out, it helps me assign emails coming in our shared folder which makes task assignments easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I would want Hiver to let me add more custom filters on my account, right now I can only add almost 3-4 in a shared mailbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver saves time in email assignments through the automation rules we can add through the admin dashboard. Also it helps me keep track of the responses and the response times of my team members
Organizational Manner of Business Emails for Strategic Analyzations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the status and note buttons so the people at the company can put some information without the hassle of creating and piling up emails. It helps in analyzing and resolving emails right away and not miss a transaction that needs attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of its features are very useful. I don't see any downside of Hiver or experienced any issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails from customers, suppliers, and people involved in the business. One significant benefit of it is that it helps resolve and deal with the business transactions right away, assign people in charge. It's a very orderly setup for business emails and I think it's a necessity for those who have difficulties allocating tasks within their organization.
Great Business email
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to find emails with Hiver. I also like that you can see all the emails in your company and that you can assign someone an email. I love that if you need more time on the email, you can place it in Pending. The notes are lovely as you can be speaking with the person on the email and write in the notes what you talked about. Great job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet with Hiver that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have faster emails, we are more productive during the day, and we can analyze how many emails we are getting.
