Good service, as it improves I believe it'll get even better.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to assign emails, as well as the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending an email from a separate folder within your email group (ie Customer Service) it doesn't automatically assign to your email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows emails to easily be sorted into different accounts.
Brilliant product
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has been incredibly useful for us as a time where we manage both our own inboxes and a number of shared ones. It's really easy to use, it's been a real dream so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
For our current needs, I'm not sure there is anything we don't like about Hiver!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for users to comment on and assign emails between teams.
Solid Email Software
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a software that allows my team to effectively sort emails and reduce double work. The filters are strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I close emails via the send and close function, it will automatically remove me from the reading pane view and fullscreen a random email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a large team and in order to properly cover someone while they are OOO, we have implemented Hiver. We are more aware of what emails are being read, actioned, and solved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a team that needs to know who is responding to what email, Hiver is a good tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hiver because it is simple to manage a shared inbox and how much it streamlines our workflow. In my organization, it is primarily used to manage support tickets from internal staff, as well as remove support tickets and inquiries from customers. Hiver's interface is intuitive, it is easy to configure each inbox, and its customer service is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Hiver is a bit expensive compared to other tools on the market. However, it is a worthwhile investment if you consider its optimal performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we have been using Hiver, we have significantly sped up the response time for email and tickets both internally and externally. Hiver simplifies everything for our teams and allows us to manage a more organized environment for handling email requests from employees and customers without massively forwarding messages for assignments; it has been a great success, especially for our support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hiver is an outstanding resource for team management of inboxes and the administration and resolution of internal and external support tickets. I highly recommend it.
Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
organizing my emails, staying on top of pending task, moving things out of my inbox when items are completed, making notes and @ mentions to my co--workers specially when part of the task is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment nothing, everything is working great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems and the ones we have run into the Hiver Support team has been very prompt about addressing them.
LOVE HIVER, SO USEFUL !
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can make selection and organize the emails for each department on our company which help us with less work charge and less confusion when it comes to help customers and follow up with their needs.

So far there's nothing that i don't like, this app is really helpful!

Answering the emails that correspond to me and assigning the ones that are for other departments .

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is that emails are assigned to me directly. This saves my time and I don't have to sift through thousands of my emails to find the relevant ones for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I receive emails that aren't relevant to me sometimes. However, I can easily see the ones that are relevant through the assigned emails feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can receive emails relevant to my work that is tied to other departments, which helps in speeding up my time for researching transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Great way to organise and control emails and feebdacks. Drafts are also very useful, help to speed up the routine work. Customer support is very helpful, they were with us in all steps, solving issues and providing possible solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have more options for automation. I understand that it is quite sensitive and depends on the specification of each business but still , would like to see more options and triggers for creating automations. Besides API with APPs like Shopify would be a grrreeeat benefit!

I contacted them; they made a zoom appointment with me. They fixed the problem remotely and efficiently. Very happy with Hiver and their team!!!

nothing, I really like working with Hiver
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program needed to be deleted and reinstalled. The Rep logged onto my computer remotely and fixed the issue in about 10 min. Very efficient and easy to work with. Thank you Hiver!
An Organization Lover's Dream!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag team members to find an email in question quickly and efficiently saves time for everyone involved. It is truly a useful tool, that every remote business should look into.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is genuinely nothing I dislike about Hiver. There sometimes can be multiple tags that can be assigned to an email if there are too many different Hiver groups involved, but these can be deleted as needed, could be a cleaner view when there are multiple tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily connect with remote employees when we need to locate an email quickly. We can apply tags to group messages. We use notes to hand off items without having to muck up our email threads. We utilize scheduled send to auto send morning and end-of-day emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop your search! Hiver is it! It has solved most of our remote working related company problems.
