Makes working with a team smoother
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag team members in notes directly connected to specific communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not smoothly integrate with Gmail and ends up affecting Gmail filters and labels.

Sharing communications with colleagues without forwarding.
Helps Organize Gmail Into a Manageable Format
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver provides reminders for SLA times on emails. They help by letting you create tags so you can organize your emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had software which helped locate exact duplicate emails and close them for you. That would save so much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows emails to be opened and closed, or kept pending. This helps track responses incoming and outgoing. This helps keep sla times to a minimum.

Hiver has helped our team better manage incoming emails and assign emails to members of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like more customization options with Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to emails in our shared inbox has gotten easier and the process has become more efficient after using HIver.

It is easy to collaborate with colleagues on responses to clients.

Sometimes runs slowly when switching between inboxes and emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to respond to customers and clients faster as we can have auto-responses to common inquiries so we can focus on providing a better service overall.
It has been a game changer, Hiver is incredible along with the employees. key to my teams success!
What do you like best about the product?
Communications between my team, we can note/tag/assign emails without having multiple threads and forward emails that lose the thread. Truly amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring can get complicated/complex, but Hiver is willing to help with that part.

multiple email threads and communication between team members so we are not handling same email task at same time

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver allows you to be able to manage your business in a different way. Hiver provides detailed reports and allows you to categorize emails in different formats. being able to assign and tag people is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that every time someone replies to a close email Hiver automatically opens the case up, takes time to have to go back and review and you have to be on alert all the time to ensure you focus on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to respond to customers effectively within time limits. Better tracking and one-stop shop per say.
Hiver helps us share our emails and stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
There are many projects that our team works on that requires us to share documents and emails. Hiver allows us to create Shared labels and subfolders that we can each file our emails into and then refer back to. The shared label feature keeps us organized, and we can quickly find related emails on the project, whether we sent them or received them directly. We also regularly use the shared template email function. This saves us significant time when sending out repetitive emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to have a search filter on the Shared labels but even without that functionality we value the tool enough to still use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my team to be able to share emails on projects and to file them where we can refer back to them at any time.

What do you dislike about the product?
The side chat box, on the right-hand side of the screen, it is so narrow. I understand it being narrow to leave room to still view full emails and view the Hiver comments at the same time, but it would so helpful to have the option to view the comments also in a bigger box. Maybe Hiver can make a way to open a comment box to view bigger? Like expand comment?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amazing company I work for we have our clients email everything to one email. Using Hiver helps us there assign the email to the correct contact. Side chat bar we use every single day! Forget having to call someone to read an email, forget having to send out another email to another department to fill up their inbox with a quick question, just simply tag them in the chat! Saves us so much time! Team projects, lists, to-dos, future tasks,s and everything in between can be done using Hiver! Throw away your sticky notes!!
Lastly, any time we/I have questions about Hiver and what we want to set up or accomplish Hiver support is quick and available 24/7!

User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has helped our department reply to emails quicker and in a more organized manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not load and it is hard to notice if there are any notes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency between agents results in a quicker response time. Everyone can see each other's emails so if an agent is out of the office, we can still assist the client.

I only wish that you could "Assign" emails to multiple people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hiver to answer internal emails regarding Salesforce and Research. Hiver enables us to not step on each other's toes when responding to our salespeople.
